Що ми очікуємо від кандидата:

• 2+ роки досвіду роботи на позиції Partner Manager, Business Development (B2B), або Account Manager у сфері IT.
• Високий рівень володіння англійською мовою (письмова та усна комунікація), оскільки робота передбачає активну комунікацію з міжнародними партнерами.
• Розуміння бізнес-процесів B2B продажів та маркетингу.
• Високі навички ведення переговорів, презентації та ділової комунікації.
• Здатність працювати автономно, встановлювати пріоритети та відповідати за кінцевий результат.
• Системний підхід до пошуку та кваліфікації потенційних партнерів.

Які завдання буде виконувати Partner Manager:

• Стратегічний пошук: Розробка стратегії партнерства, активний пошук, кваліфікація та залучення нових партнерів
• Управління відносинами: Підтримка, поглиблення та розвиток існуючих партнерських відносин, забезпечення їхньої активності та взаємної вигоди.
• Координація активностей: Створення та запуск спільних GTM (Go-to-Market) стратегій, маркетингових кампаній, вебінарів та освітніх ініціатив з партнерами в координації з відділом маркетингу.

Ви станете тим спеціалістом, який разом із бізнесом, продуктовими командами та розробниками створює технологічні рішення, здатні пройти повний життєвий цикл — від концепції до стабільної експлуатації.
 

Ваші майбутні обов’язки:

• Збір, аналіз і декомпозиція бізнесових, функціональних та нефункціональних вимог.
• Розробка комплексних Архітектурних Рішень та підготовка архітектурної документації.
• Презентація та захист розроблених рішень перед бізнес- та технічними стейкхолдерами.
• Участь у впровадженні та супроводі реалізації архітектурних рішень на всіх етапах.
• Робота в Agile-командах.
• Управління архітектурним беклогом, визначення пріоритетів та контролю якості реалізації.
   

Наш кандидат:

• 3+ років досвіду як Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect або Application Architect.
• Розуміння ролей архітекторів: Enterprise, Solution, Application, Data, Integration тощо.
• Розуміння процесів роботи Solutions Architect у Waterfall та Agile-проєктах.
• Знання TOGAF та Open Agile Architecture буде перевагою.
• Знання повного життєвого циклу ПЗ, процесів розробки, CI/CD, релізного підходу, управління інцидентами, проблемами та RCA.
• Досвід створення архітектурних рішень та вибору шаблонів і стеків технологій.
• Глибоке знання SOA, Microservices, стилів взаємодії та принципів виконання розподілених транзакцій.
• Досвід із Event-Driven Architecture.
• Розуміння патернів cloud-native застосунків та архітектурних рішень для Kubernetes.
• Досвід роботи у банківських або фінансових установах буде перевагою.
