Team Summary

Our Streaming QA team specializes in software testing of video streaming to ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of streaming experiences across our camera products. We validate end-to-end streaming workflows through rigorous testing that reflects real-world conditions. Working closely with SDET, Engineering, and Product teams, we proactively identify issues and provide actionable insights to improve system stability and user satisfaction. with at least an Advanced level of English proficiency and a minimum of 6 months of proven experience in a similar role in the Gambling niche. 

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in a similar role, excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, and a strong customer-focused mentality.

Main Responsibilities 🦾

• Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with high-value players through personalized communication and exceptional service.
• Drive player engagement through email, chat, and messenger platforms
• Boost player activity and retention by offering personalized bonuses, promotions, and exclusive deals.
• Monitor player behavior and activity to create individualized offers and memorable experiences.
• Work closely with CRM, Marketing, and Payments teams to ensure a seamless and premium VIP journey.
• Track, analyze, and report on key VIP KPIs, providing insights and suggestions for ongoing improvements.

• Proven experience as a VIP Manager in the iGaming industry.
• Strong command of English (C1 level).
• Outstanding communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail, empathy, and a professional tone.
• Resilience under pressure and confidence in managing high-value, high-demand clients.
• Solid understanding of bonus systems, KYC/verification flows, payment processes, and platform functionality.

Job Description
 

What we need from this position:

• Eagerness to learn manual testing
• Good Requirement analysis skills
• Good defects finding and reporting skills
• English - Intermediate+
• Knowledge of testing theory (test types, test cases, bug reports, etc.)
• Knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, and databases
• Basic knowledge of hardware
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills, good logical thinking
• Willingness to work on a stable long-term project
• Able to work from office up to 3 days per week
   

Would be a plus:

• Experience with data traffic analyzers (Wireshark, Charles, etc.)
• Experience with Jira, TestRails/Allure, Figma

Job Responsibilities
 

We expect you to do:

• Manual testing of digital media applications on different platforms (Android TV, Fire TV, Web, iOS, tvOS, Android Mobile, etc.)
• API Testing using Postman
• Status reporting
• Review of new features’ requirements, review of test-cases, test-case coverage
• Investigating and reporting issues
• Communication with Client on a daily basis
• Configuration of test environment
