About the Role
We’re seeking a software engineer who lead a team of 3 developers and own the technical side of a single Laravel-based web application. You may expect multiple challenges in this project, starting from the existing code base and architecture audit, through the refactoring and enhancements and finishing with aligning team members from different backgrounds. 

The project is related to medical lab testing and includes one custom PHP/Laravel web-application and a number of integrations with the external systems (mostly API-based, both inbound and outbound directions).

Must-have:

• Досвід: Від 5 років комерційного досвіду розробки на PHP (7-8 версії) та успішний досвід управління командою або технічного лідерства (Tech/Team Lead).
• Стек: Глибокі знання Laravel чи Symfony, досвід швидкого розгортання проєктів за допомогою сучасних інструментів екосистеми.
• Бази даних та черги: Впевнена робота з PostgreSQL (або іншими реляційними БД) та брокерами повідомлень (RabbitMQ чи аналогами). 
• Гнучкість та швидкість розробки: Вміння швидко будувати архітектуру "з нуля" для PoC/MVP, балансуючи між швидкістю запуску та чистотою коду.

• Проведення code review, менторство мідл/джуніор розробників
• Взаємодія з product owner/бізнес-аналітиками для уточнення вимог
