Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong Java background
• 2+ years of experience in a tech lead or principal engineer role, mentoring developers and driving technical decisions
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience using AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) in day-to-day development workflows - this is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have
• Deep proficiency in Java 11 and the Spring ecosystem (Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring JDBC)
• Practical experience working with React 18 OR Angular (Redux, Material UI, or similar component libraries)
• Strong experience with MS SQL Server and database design, including writing and managing Flyway migrations
• Experience with the Gradle build system
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, messaging patterns (Azure Service Bus, AWS SQS), and cloud-native architectures
• English language skills at an advanced level or higher - you will lead meetings and technical discussions

This role involves managing complex projects initiated by various departments within the company to enhance business operations and digitalize processes. The role combines project management and system analysis responsibilities, including deep work with business requirements, functional decomposition, and solution design.

The Technical Project Manager will regularly engage with stakeholders to understand their ideas and business needs, create technical specifications, and coordinate with our IT service providers (developers and their project managers). Additionally, the role requires communication with global functions of our company regarding integrations with interfaces are supported at a global level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage complex projects to improve business processes and digitalization efforts
