You will:
 

• Identify and source potential clients that fit the target customer profile for Allpass.ai solutions (KYC, KYB, onboarding, fraud prevention, compliance tools)
• Research companies across fintech, crypto, payments, iGaming, marketplaces, and digital platforms to build prospect lists
• Reach out to decision-makers and initiate conversations with potential clients
• Evaluate leads based on business fit, compliance needs, and growth potential
• Identify key decision-makers (compliance leaders, product leaders, founders, operations teams)
• Manage leads and outreach activities in the CRM and maintain accurate records
• Conduct introductory calls to present Allpass.ai solutions and understand prospect needs
• Qualify opportunities and schedule product demos with the sales team

We Expect:

• 2+ years of experience as an SDR or in a similar sales development role
• English — Intermediate (B1+) or higher
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, identity verification, fraud prevention, or compliance technology
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Experience working with CRM systems and outbound sales tools
