πͺ YOUR QUEST-LINE:- Arranging full life-cycle recruitment process: from the understanding of vacancyβs requirements, sourcing of candidates, interviewing candidates to negotiating potential offers;
- Creating job profiles and writing vacancy descriptions;
- Development ofΒ new approaches inΒ attracting candidates and improving the selection process, monitoring new trends and other useful data toΒ improve the productivity and recruitment process overall;
- Developing long-term relationships with potential candidates through networking;
- Collaborate closely with the HRΒ Department toΒ ensure alignment with company policies and procedures;
- Maintaining corporate documents and databases upΒ toΒ date;
- Reporting toΒ Lead Recruiter and hiring managers;
- Job market analysis and reviews making.
π¨βπ YOUR IN-GAME SKIN:- 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles, ideally in dynamic product or gaming environments;
- Solid understanding ofΒ software development processes, tools, and technologies (e.g., React, AWS, GitLab, Vue, CI/CD, system design) toΒ engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams;
- Proven track record ofΒ partnering with hiring managers, advising onΒ hiring strategies, and driving hiring decisions with confidence;
- Advanced sourcing skills using aΒ broad range ofΒ tools and channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, communities, events, referrals, etc.);
- Attention toΒ detail and process ownershipΒ β from crafting tailored job descriptions toΒ negotiating offers and maintaining candidate pipelines;Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsΒ β able toΒ lead discussions, present insights, and influence decision-making;

Requirements- Masterβs or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, or a technology-focused field.
- 4+ Β years of hands-on experience designing and deploying AI or ML models.
- Hands-on experience setting up and maintaining large-scale data science and machine learning projects.
- Skilled with deep learning libraries like PyTorch, Keras, TensorFlow, and HuggingFace toolkits.
- Solid knowledge of machine learning, especially Natural Language Processing (NLP) Β large language models (LLMs).
- Advanced Python coding and strong experience (with tools like Scikit-Learn, NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, and XGBoost.)
- Comfortable using SQL for working with large datasets and uncovering insights.
- Experience creating solutions in cloud platforms such as AWS Sagemaker or Microsoft Azure.
- Able to work on your own or as part of a group to hit targets.
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and drive to solve difficult data problems.
- Focused on getting results for clients and working in an agile development setup.
- Can design or review how a modelβs success is measured to line up with business goals.
- Shows initiative by researching new solutions with some guidance.
- Analyze data to find patterns and create machine learning solutions for challenging business issuesΒ
- Understand the AI/ML program journey to formulate relevant high impact business questions that can be answered through data analysis.
- Develop AI/ML solutions that can be scaled across various business use cases, starting from PoC to MVP and launching into production.
- Build and improve AI models - like those for prediction, automation, or natural language tasks.
- Use both in-house tools and the latest technology to increase operational productivity and efficiency as well as predictive analytics.
- Break down and share your process and results in a way thatβs clear to non-technical folks, like business managers and executives.
