Ти наш match, якщо:

• вже працював з In-app платформами (Moloco, IronSource, Mintegral, Applovin, Unity, Vungle, Chartboost, Bigo Ads);
• маєш від 6−8 місяців досвіду в In-app;
• можеш показати успішні кейси по Tier 1 / Tier 2 та статистику щодо них;
• добре орієнтуєшся в метриках (CPI, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL та ін.) і розумієш, як ними керувати;
• розумієш логіку побудови воронки;
• досвід роботи в In-app в рамках Crypto / Forex.

Твої майбутні задачі:

• створення та ведення рекламних кампаній;
• аналітика та маштабування кампаній;
• створення та розуміння креативів під різні In-app платформи;
• ведення та заповнення звітностей.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Media Buying to join our team. In this role, you will lead and scale performance marketing operations across Tier-1 European markets, driving user acquisition, profitability, and sustainable growth. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• You will develop and execute media buying strategies across Tier-1 European markets;
• You will manage and optimize multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic/DSP, Push & In-App traffic, Influencer partnerships, ASA, and UAC;
• You will own media planning, budget allocation, and performance forecasting;
• You will manage monthly advertising budgets ranging from €300k to €1M+ while ensuring profitability and sustainable growth;
• You will monitor and improve key performance metrics such as CAC, CPA, CPI, CPL, ROAS, ROI, ROMI, LTV, Payback Period, and Contribution Margin;
• You will lead and mentor cross-functional performance teams, including Media Buyers, Creative Strategists, Designers, Analysts, and Tracking Specialists;
• You will collaborate closely with product, CRM, analytics, and creative teams to maximize acquisition and retention performance;
• You will build scalable acquisition processes, operational frameworks, and reporting structures;
• You will ensure accurate attribution, tracking, and data collection across all acquisition channels;
• You will continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns to identify new growth opportunities.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Media Buying;
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership position such as Head of Media Buying, Performance Lead, or Acquisition Lead;
• Proven experience working with Tier-1 European markets;
• Hands-on experience managing advertising budgets of €300k–€1M+ per month;
• Strong track record of scaling profitable acquisition campaigns;
• Experience in highly competitive industries such as iGaming and Sports Betting;
• Deep understanding of acquisition economics, including CAC, CPA, CPI, CPL, ROAS, ROI, ROMI, LTV, Payback Period, Contribution Margin, Revenue Attribution, Incrementality, Cohort Analysis, Funnel Optimization, and Retention Impact;
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava, or Singular;
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4);
• Google Tag Manager (GTM);
• Meta Conversion API (CAPI);
• Server-side tracking;
• Postback integrations;

We are an iGaming media buying team focused on Facebook traffic acquisition across Tier 1–2 GEOs under the CPA model through external affiliate programs.

We provide the full infrastructure needed for traffic acquisition, including accounts, farming, creatives, offers, analytics, and technical support.

We are looking for a hands-on Team Lead who can combine strong media buying expertise with team leadership. You’ll be responsible for managing a team of buyers, monitoring performance, supporting launches, analyzing traffic, and making sure the team consistently delivers strong results — while continuing to run traffic yourself.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Manage and develop a team of approximately 5–6 Media Buyers;
• Monitor the team’s traffic performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth;
• Monitor the full funnel from click to registration and deposit;
• Analyze key performance metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROI, approval rate, and other relevant indicators;
• Identify campaign bottlenecks and decide whether to optimize, scale, or stop campaigns;
• Take into account holds, caps, qualification requirements, and actual revenue when evaluating campaign performance;
• Compare buyer performance and share successful approaches and working strategies across the team;
• Support buyers with campaign launches, optimization, and troubleshooting;
• Generate and validate hypotheses around creatives, funnels, offers, and GEOs;
• Monitor the quality and results of campaign testing;
• Scale validated approaches across the team;
• Personally launch and validate campaigns and priority hypotheses;
• Monitor the market and stay up to date with changes in iGaming and Facebook media buying;
• Use AI tools for analytics, performance analysis, hypothesis generation, and daily workflow optimization;
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate the team’s buying processes;
• Analyze performance drops and identify their causes based on data;
• Help onboard and mentor new buyers and support their professional development.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads in Gambling/iGaming;
• 1+ year of experience managing a team of Media Buyers;
• Strong practical experience working with the CPA model;
• Recent and relevant experience in iGaming — you should be actively familiar with the current gambling media buying market;
• Proven experience working with Tier 1–2 GEOs;
• Strong understanding of the full traffic funnel and key performance metrics;
• Experience independently launching and optimizing Facebook campaigns;
• Experience managing and scaling significant traffic volumes;
• Experience managing a team of approximately 5–6 buyers;
• Previous team experience with approximately $200K+ in monthly spend is highly relevant;
• Experience generating approximately $30–40K+ in personal monthly spend is a strong advantage;
• Experience with Binom, Keitaro, or similar tracking platforms;
• Understanding of BMs, advertising accounts, and the general Facebook buying infrastructure;
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to make decisions based on data;
• Ability to identify problems quickly and take ownership of the result;
• Practical experience using AI tools in media buying, analytics, or workflow optimization;
• Willingness to remain hands-on and continue running traffic personally, rather than moving entirely into people management.
