We are looking for a Media Buyer to join our team!

Requirements:

- Experience with postback setup, offer tracking, and campaign integration - must have;
- Experience with retargeting pixels, tracking events, GTM, browser pixels, or S2S tracking — must have;
- Understanding of tracking parameters: click_id, sub_id, external_id, user_id, event_id, UTM tags;
- Basic understanding of attribution models: post-click, post-view, deduplication;
- Experience with tracking platforms, affiliate platforms, or ad networks.
Ability to test integrations using logs, preview links, browser dev tools, or tracking reports;
- Understanding of media buying flows and conversion funnels;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly identify tracking issues;
- English level sufficient for communication with partners.

Responsibilities:

- Retargeting Pixels Setup
- Implement and validate retargeting pixels, including page views, registrations, deposits, custom events, and user matching parameters;
- Offer & Campaign Integration
- Configure offers, tracking links, parameters, subIDs, macros, and campaign flows across tracking platforms and advertiser systems;
- Technical Communication
- Communicate with advertisers, affiliate networks, media buyers, and internal teams to clarify integration requirements and solve tracking issues;
- Troubleshooting & Debugging
- Investigate data mismatches, missing conversions, incorrect parameters, broken links, pixel errors, and attribution issues;
- Documentation
- Prepare clear integration instructions, checklists, and technical notes for each advertiser or campaign setup;
- Postback Setup & Validation
- Set up, test, and troubleshoot S2S postbacks for registrations, deposits, FTDs, revenue, and other key events.

About the Role

We are actively scaling our performance marketing operations through traffic acquisition and monetization.

Our Popunder + Native division is already profitable, with established processes, proven funnels, and stable traffic volumes.

 We are looking for a strong Team Lead who can take the business to the next level by scaling traffic volumes, increasing profitability, and building a highly efficient team structure.

Candidates with a combination of Ad Network and mainstream traffic experience (Meta, Google, In-App, etc.) are especially welcome. Experience in AI Dating, Companion Apps, Adult, or Dating verticals is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 4 Media Buyers focused on Popunder and Native traffic
• Scale traffic acquisition volumes and overall team profitability
• Develop and optimize Popunder funnels and Smartlink monetization strategies
• Create, launch, and oversee testing roadmaps and new growth hypotheses
• Collaborate closely with Optimization and Creative teams
• Mentor and develop Media Buyers, monitor KPIs, and drive performance improvements
• Establish strong team discipline, accountability, and transparent reporting processes
• Occasionally launch and manage campaigns hands-on when needed

Requirements

Must-Have

• Strong hands-on experience in Media Buying / Affiliate Marketing / Traffic Arbitrage
• Proven expertise with Popunder traffic
• Experience working with Adult and AI Dating / Companion verticals
• Deep understanding of advertising networks such as Clickadu, Adsterra, PropellerAds, and similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of Smartlink monetization and Popunder funnel mechanics
• Experience managing traffic volumes of at least $100k/month ($200k+/month is a strong advantage)
• Experience scaling profitable campaigns and managing teams, or a Senior Media Buyer ready to step into a leadership role

Nice to Have

• Experience with mainstream traffic sources such as Meta (Facebook), Google Ads, In-App, and similar channels
• Experience with CPA, CPI, CPL, and CPS monetization models
• Active use of AI tools for creative generation, campaign analysis, automation, and workflow optimization
• Experience across mainstream verticals

• Запускати і вести ремаркетинг-кампанії у Google Ads під різні цілі (ліди / покупки / реєстрації);
• Будувати структури ремаркетингу:
  • “теплі” аудиторії (відвідувачі);
  • “гарячі” аудиторії (додав у кошик / почав форму / переглянув контакт);
  • “повернення” (30–180 днів).
• Проводити сегментування по поведінці:
  • нові vs повернулися;
  • engaged vs bounce;
  • конкретні сторінки / категорії / продукти.
• Налаштовувати/контролювати коректності конверсій:
  • GA4, GTM, імпорт у Google Ads;
  • перевірка дублювань, затримок, якості.
• Постійно оптимізувати:
  • ставки/стратегії (tCPA, tROAS);
  • плейсменти, частота, креативи;
  • виключення нерелевантного трафіку.
• Підготовлювати ТЗ на креативи + контроль ротації (щоб не “вигоряли”);
• Контролювати бюджет + масштабування робочих зв’язок;
• Робити звітність: щотижневі/щомісячні висновки, що зроблено і що планується.

Які навички та критерії нам зараз важливі:

• Маєте досвід роботи від 1 року активного рекламування в Google Ads;

• Маєте досвід роботи з Google Tag Manager;

• Маєте досвід налаштування та оптимізація ремаркетингу;

• Розумієте логіку воронки та сегментації аудиторій;

• Впевнене володієте GA4;

• Маєте досвід оптимізації кампаній під цілі:

  • Max Conversions / tCPA / tROAS

  • контроль частоти, охоплення, CPM, CPA

• Вмієте працювати з метриками ремаркетингу:
        Frequency, Reach, View-through, Assisted conversions, CPA, ROAS

• Маєте досвід коммуникації з маркетингом, продакт менеджерами та розробниками.

Буде великим плюсом, якщо ви:

• Маєте досвід роботи з server-side tracking (Stape / GTM SS / enhanced conversions);

• Вмієте будувати стратегії прогріву та повернення аудиторії (7 / 14 / 30 / 60 / 180 днів);

• Маєте досвід роботи з Looker Studio, GA4, Tableau (дашборди, звітність);

• Розумієте BigQuery (на рівні “підключити та подивитись дані”);

• Маєте досвід оптимізація відео-ремаркетингу (YouTube + відео креативи);

• Маєте досвід роботи з A/B тестами LP або CRO-інструментами (Hotjar / Clarity).

We are looking for an experienced Head of Media Buying to join our team. In this role, you will lead and scale performance marketing operations across Tier-1 European markets, driving user acquisition, profitability, and sustainable growth. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• You will develop and execute media buying strategies across Tier-1 European markets;
• You will manage and optimize multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic/DSP, Push & In-App traffic, Influencer partnerships, ASA, and UAC;
• You will own media planning, budget allocation, and performance forecasting;
• You will manage monthly advertising budgets ranging from €300k to €1M+ while ensuring profitability and sustainable growth;
• You will monitor and improve key performance metrics such as CAC, CPA, CPI, CPL, ROAS, ROI, ROMI, LTV, Payback Period, and Contribution Margin;
• You will lead and mentor cross-functional performance teams, including Media Buyers, Creative Strategists, Designers, Analysts, and Tracking Specialists;
• You will collaborate closely with product, CRM, analytics, and creative teams to maximize acquisition and retention performance;
• You will build scalable acquisition processes, operational frameworks, and reporting structures;
• You will ensure accurate attribution, tracking, and data collection across all acquisition channels;
• You will continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns to identify new growth opportunities.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Media Buying;
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership position such as Head of Media Buying, Performance Lead, or Acquisition Lead;
• Proven experience working with Tier-1 European markets;
• Hands-on experience managing advertising budgets of €300k–€1M+ per month;
• Strong track record of scaling profitable acquisition campaigns;
• Experience in highly competitive industries such as iGaming and Sports Betting;
• Deep understanding of acquisition economics, including CAC, CPA, CPI, CPL, ROAS, ROI, ROMI, LTV, Payback Period, Contribution Margin, Revenue Attribution, Incrementality, Cohort Analysis, Funnel Optimization, and Retention Impact;
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
