Who we are looking for

The first Product Marketing Manager to take full ownership of revenue growth (MRR) for a portfolio of AI products:

– MagicCV — a tool for instantly reformatting resumes into a corporate template.
– MagicScreen — a candidate scoring system based on JD + an AI agent for automated screenings.
– Invoice Generator — a decentralized system for managing invoice signing.

This is a zero-stage role: you will define how product marketing works in the company — from positioning to experiments and growth loops. As the portfolio grows, there is a clear path to the position of Head of Product Marketing.

Main Responsibilities
 

Product Marketing & Positioning

– Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions for each product and target segment.
– Translate product capabilities into clear customer benefits and use cases.
– Own ICP, segmentation, and JTBD frameworks.
– Develop core PMM assets: messaging frameworks, landing page copy, onboarding flows, sales enablement materials.

Go-To-Market & Growth

– Build and execute GTM strategies for new launches, features, and pricing experiments.

– Influence the product roadmap together with Product and Engineering based on market insights.

Revenue & Data Ownership

– Be accountable for MRR growth metrics (conversion, churn, LTV).
– Define and track north-star metrics for each product.

Experimentation & Optimization

– Run fast, structured experiments (pricing & packaging, onboarding & activation, messaging, channels & funnels).
– Build repeatable experimentation frameworks and learning loops.

AI-First Execution

– Leverage AI tools for research, messaging, experimentation, analytics, automation.
– Continuously improve speed and quality through AI-powered workflows.
 

Mandatory Requirements

– 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing for digital products (SaaS, B2B/B2C applications, software platforms).
– Proven experience in end-to-end positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
– Strong understanding of funnel metrics: impact on activation, conversion, retention, and MRR.
– Hands-on experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Growth Marketing, and SDR teams.
– Data-driven mindset: ability to turn analytics into growth hypotheses and experiments.
– Experience running fast, structured experiments (messaging, onboarding, pricing, channels).
– High level of autonomy — comfortable being the first PMM and building the function from scratch.

• Marketing funnels: building funnels from scratch, optimizing existing ones, identifying drop-off points, and scaling what performs best

• A/B testing: planning and running experiments, documenting results, drawing insights, and scaling winning tests

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience driving traffic in a B2B niche (performance channels, funnel setup and optimization, continuous A/B testing)
• Strong understanding of funnel and revenue metrics (CR, CPA, CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.) and how to improve them through experimentation
• System thinking combined with a hands-on approach: from building funnels to optimizing and scaling them

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Ad Monetization Manager to join the company’s growth efforts in expanding one of its core business activities. As an Ad Monetization Manager, you will be key in expanding our Ad Monetization effort by exploring new demand partners, optimizing mobile apps, and implementing new strategies and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ad Monetization Strategy: Design and execute a monetization roadmap, balancing short-term gains with a long-term portfolio health.
• Optimization: Analyze Ad Monetization performance, formulate hypotheses, create and evaluate a/b tests to grow LTV.
• Portfolio Management: Monetize a diverse portfolio of apps, scale successful strategies while monitoring the performance of each app.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Must-have:

• 4+ years of experience as an Ad Monetization Manager working with mobile applications or games
• Hands-on experience with Ad Mediations (MAX, ironSource, AdMob, etc.) and Ad Networks (Applovin, Admob, Unity, ironSource, Mintegral, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills: proficient in Excel, and able to translate data into actionable insights
