Modern Java project, utilizing Microservices Architecture, ensuring flexibility, scalability, and maintainability. We leverage Spring Boot, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Docker and K8S and AI tools, to build robust and production-ready applications.

• Have practical experience from pet projects, hackathons, or open-source contributions
• Confident with Java 
• Comfortable working with Ktor and SpringBoot
• Understand MVC architecture and RESTful API development
• Have basic knowledge of PostgreSQL and ORM tools like JOOQ 
• Understand OOP, OOD, and SOLID principles
• Have written unit tests using JUnit or Mockito

• Can work with Docker for containerization

• 6+ years of experience in Java
• 4+ years of experience with Spring / JPA / Kafka
• 3+ years of experience as Tech/Team Lead
• 2+ years of experience with Camunda v7.x
• Deep understanding of microservices architectural principles
• Deep practical experience with Spring Boot (MVC, REST, Data, Security, messaging)
• Practical experience with Kubernetes and Helm for different environments
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and Kafka Streams
• Knowledge of different communication protocols (REST, gRPC, events, messaging)
• Hands-on experience with Docker containerization for different environments
• Be familiar with ’The Twelve-Factor App’ principles
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and types of quality gates
• Hands-on experience with unit/integration/API testing for microservices
• Must possess good leadership skills
