In this role, you'll bring campaigns to life through compelling graphics and dynamic motion design.

Requirements: 
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing design (Facebook Ads). 

- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop). 

- Strong understanding of the fundamentals of composition, typography, and color theory. 

- Ability to work within brand guidelines while delivering innovative and fresh ideas. 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually striking designs for online campaigns and social media. 

- Actively participate in idea generation and team brainstorming sessions. 

- Design static and motion graphics creatives. 

- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all marketing materials. 

- Stay current on design trends and bring fresh ideas to marketing strategies, ensuring Codefinity stands out in a competitive market.

About the Role

Trackimo is looking for an experienced Middle Graphic Designer to join our marketing team on a part-time, project basis. You will create high-quality marketing materials for international exhibitions, product launches, and digital campaigns while maintaining a consistent visual identity across our brands.

We're looking for a detail-oriented designer with print production knowledge and the ability to transform creative concepts into polished marketing assets. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable and highly organized.

Responsibilities

- Design high-quality digital and print marketing materials for international trade shows, exhibitions, and events.

- Create graphics and layouts for large-format exhibition stands, displays, and other event branding materials.

- Design a wide range of POS marketing materials, including roll-ups, brochures, flyers, business cards, stickers, and other promotional assets.

- Design digital marketing assets for exhibition campaigns across social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

- Prepare artwork for print, making sure all files meet print requirements, including color settings, bleed, resolution, and technical specifications.

- Create artwork that meets brand guidelines, technical requirements, and production deadlines.

Requirements

- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and Figma.

- Strong knowledge of print production processes, large-format printing, prepress and production-ready file preparation.

- Good organizational and time management skills.

- Intermediate level of English.

• Own the Smartist brand end to end: identity, visual system, typography, color, motion, and the rules that keep it consistent across every surface
• Set the creative direction for campaigns, launches, and brand moments, then art direct them through to delivery
• Design the work yourself. This is a hands on role, not a role that only reviews other people's files
• Build and maintain the brand design system, asset library, and templates so the whole team can move fast without breaking the look
• Direct creative across App Store assets, paid ads, social, email, website, and in app visuals
• Brief and direct external partners: freelancers, illustrators, motion designers, photographers
• Work closely with product design, marketing, and the founders. Small team, short feedback loops, your work goes live within the week
• Raise the bar on everything that carries our name, including the parts nobody has looked at in a while
   

• Brand graphic design is a must. You've built or substantially evolved a brand identity: logo systems, typography, color, layout, iconography, and the guidelines that hold it together. This is the core requirement, not a bonus
• 5+ years in design, with at least 2 spent directing creative work or leading a brand
• A portfolio that shows range and craft. We want to see finished brand systems, not only single campaigns
• Expert in Figma and the Adobe suite
• You can translate a strategy into a visual direction, and defend the direction without being precious about it
• Strong art direction instincts across photography, illustration, and motion, even where you don't execute it all yourself
• Comfortable working in a marketing context, where creative is judged on both craft and results
• Clear communicator in English, ready to work remotely

• Motion design and video editing, including After Effects
• Experience designing for App Store, including screenshots, icons, and store video
• Paid social and performance creative, and the discipline of testing it
• Art world fluency. You paint, photograph, curate, collect, or have worked with galleries
• Experience designing product UI alongside brand
• Experience directing AI assisted creative tools without letting the output look like it
