As a Junior Web & Brand Designer, you’ll be a key contributor to our diverse design projects, from concept through completion. You’ll be responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly designs and ensuring that they align with project goals.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Take ownership of a wide range of visual design tasks, from initial wireframing and layout creation to final design polish, ensuring all tasks are efficiently completed and meet high design standards
• Utilize your technical skills to bring designs to life on the web, becoming an expert in the Wix platform to ensure smooth functionality and exceptional user experiences
• Continuously push creative boundaries by experimenting with new design concepts, tools, and technologies to deliver cutting-edge digital experiences
• Work closely with project managers and fellow designers to bring innovative design ideas to life, ensuring alignment with project goals and the overall vision
• Approach design challenges with a creative mindset, finding innovative solutions that balance aesthetics and functionality
• Receive and apply constructive feedback from team members to refine and enhance designs

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional web and brand design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to take projects from concept to launch
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, accept constructive feedback, and enhance designs accordingly
• Solid understanding of UX/UI fundamentals, including layout, typography, and image creation, paired with a creative mindset to craft unique design experiences
• Highly organized, independent, and productive, with the ability to take full ownership of projects and drive them from start to finish
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach that contributes to a dynamic and engaging team culture
• Experience with AI-driven creation tools, HTML/CSS/JavaScript coding capabilities, and web creation platforms such as Webflow, Wix, and more — an advantage

Main Responsibilities:

• Designing and adapting landing pages for local Asian markets (India, Bangladesh, Philippines, Uzbekistan, etc.)
• Creating graphic banners (static and animated) considering local specifics and creative trends in Asian markets
• Adapting design to languages and cultural features of Asian markets (e.g., working with hieroglyphs, specific color schemes, festive campaigns)
• Creative work with existing layouts: quick customization for specific GEOs, launching special campaigns (holidays, sports events).

Required Skills:

• At least 2 years of experience as a designer
• Strong proficiency in Figma

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design for Mobile Apps:

• Create user-centered designs for mobile applications that prioritize usability and visual appeal.
• Design intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging user interfaces for iOS and Android apps.

User Research & Testing:

• Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability tests) to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
2. Some experience or internships in UI/UX design for mobile apps.
3. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
4. Strong understanding of mobile design principles, including responsive design and touch interactions.
5. Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.

As we scale, we are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our AppLab — our venture-backed team testing bold ideas and building mass-market apps in white niches, 
such as health & wellness and productivity, empowering users worldwide to live better lives.

What you will be doing:
— creating daily static creatives to promote mobile apps on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other social media;
— analyzing current trends in marketing design and implementing new approaches;
— adapting content for different platform formats, considering technical requirements and guidelines;
— upgrading static creatives with light animation of elements and text;
— working with brand books and developing the visual style of products;
— generating UGC content, using stock materials, templates, and AI tools;
— influencing the visual concept of new products and participating in creative team brainstorms.

Your background:
— at least 1.5 years of experience as a graphic designer in mobile product-driven companies;

— basic animation skills with hands-on experience in After Effects;

Наразі шукаємо в команду талановитого Digital Graphic Designer(promo) для нашої креативної команди, який буде відповідати за створення промо-креативів для digital-каналів.

КЛЮЧОВІ ЗАДАЧІ:
· Створення digital-креативів для маркетингових потреб: рекламні банери, промоматеріали, контент для соціальних мереж, web-ресурсів і e-mail-розсилок.
· Розробка графічних елементів у межах айдентики існуючих брендів.
· Візуальна підтримка брендів: адаптація стилю, оновлення матеріалів, робота над впізнаваністю.
· Співпраця з маркетинговою командою для реалізації кампаній та забезпечення єдиного візуального підходу.

ДОСВІД КАНДИДАТА(КИ):
· 2+ роки досвіду роботи на позиції графічного дизайнера в digital-середовищі.
· Портфоліо з прикладами робіт.
· Практичні навички створення key visual, креативів для соціальних мереж та digital-каналів.
· Впевнене володіння Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, базове знання Midjourney або інших AI-інструментів.
· Розуміння принципів графічного дизайну: композиція, типографіка, колористика.
