The role

We are looking for a senior, hands on General Marketing Manager to establish and run the Marketing function.

You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and work closely with the CEO, Product, Sales and Customer Success.

This is a broad role, but not a one person marketing department. Your job is to set priorities, build the operating rhythm and personally drive the highest impact work while using the Content Writer, specialist contractors, agencies, automation and AI to create leverage.

You will own the function, but you are not expected to be the deepest specialist in every discipline.

What you will own

1. Marketing strategy and priorities

• Translate company and revenue priorities into a clear Marketing strategy and quarterly plan

4. Content, website and customer proof

• Own Marketing priorities for the website and improve key conversion paths

Що потрібно буде робити?

• Ознайомлюватися зі стратегією кожного клієнта та контролювати її реалізацію у digital;
• Планувати контент на місяць для Instagram, Facebook та TikTok;

Ми шукаємо Комунікаційного менеджера, який побудує цілісну комунікаційну екосистему навколо напряму цифрової трансформації: реформ, цифрових продуктів та проєктів, що входять до портфеля. 

Ця роль підійде кандидату/кандидатці, який/яка має сильний досвід у комунікаціях на стику бізнесу та держави, розуміє український політичний та інституційний контекст і вміє пояснювати складні цифрові та регуляторні теми простою мовою. 
Роль поєднує стратегічну рамку та операційний менеджмент.

Основні задачі: 

• Формування комунікаційної стратегії керівника напряму та системного наративу для реформ і цифрових продуктів: позиціонування, рубрики, формати, KPI. 
• Створення комунікаційних матеріалів (пости, тези, колонки, промови) та ведення соцмереж (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads): контент-плани, аналіз результатів, оперативне реагування на події. 
• Взаємодія з проєктними командами: створення матеріалів для проєктів або координація комунікаційного менеджера проєкту, якщо він є. 
• Переклад складних регуляторних, технічних та юридичних тем зрозумілою мовою для бізнесу й суспільства. 
• Координація участі в заходах і відрядженнях Україною: пріоритезація, брифи подій, спікерські пакети (тези, ключові меседжі, Q&A) та супровід під час виступу.

Обов'язкові вимоги: 

• 3+ роки досвіду в комунікаціях, контенті або PR. 
• Досвід роботи як з бізнесом, так і з державою: розуміння українського політичного та інституційного контексту й того, як влаштоване GR-середовище.

Що ти будеш робити:

• Аналізувати CTR / CPC / CPA та знаходити точки росту
• Контролювати бюджет тестів і ефективність кожного запуску
