What you will do:

Зараз ми шукаємо Email та Retention спеціаліста, який допоможе будувати довгострокові відносини з клієнтами та виведе наші комунікації на якісно новий рівень.

Обов’язки:

• створювати та запускати email/push/SMS-кампанії (новини, акції, welcome-серії);
• будувати та налаштовувати автоматизовані ланцюжки (drip-campaigns, winback, reactivation, loyalty);
• працювати з базою клієнтів: сегментація, логіки взаємодії, персоналізація;
• аналізувати ефективність кампаній (open rate, CTR, конверсії, скарги на спам) і пропонувати рішення для покращення;
• проводити A/B-тести (тексти, дизайн, сценарії);

• працювати з push-сповіщеннями (налаштування, запуск, аналіз результатів).

• Досвід у email-маркетингу, CRM або retention-маркетингу.
