We are looking for a combined Account Executive / Project Manager to own the customer journey end-to-end: from first conversation and closing, through rollout, pilot execution, and expansion.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can sell value clearly to senior operators and then run a tight delivery process without heavy bureaucracy. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders on the customer side (Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Product, Operations) and coordinate internally with Product, Machine Learning and AI specialists, and Software Engineers to ensure fast time-to-value and a successful pilot outcome.

Role
As a Python Developer (AI/ML Integrations) at Summa, you will play a key role in integrating AI and machine learning solutions into the platform, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless interactions between advanced technologies and user workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer
• Proven hands-on experience integrating LLMs into backend or production systems.
• Strong understanding of vector databases and semantic search technologies.
• Solid expertise in RAG architecture and modern AI system design.
• Experience building robust ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of API development (REST, GraphQL).
• Practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in a start-up environment
• English-Upper-Intermediate (B2)

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and AI-driven systems using Python.
• Integrate and operationalize Large Language Models (LLMs) in production environments.
• Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and unstructured data sources.
• Build and optimize ETL workflows and data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Develop and maintain APIs (REST, GraphQL) using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Implement and manage AI agents, agent-to-agent (A2A) interactions, skills, and tool-based reasoning workflows.
• Integrate OCR, document processing, and knowledge extraction pipelines.
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, security, and performance in cloud environments.

Vacancy: Facebook Ads Account Manager

Work format: Remote
Schedule: 10:00 – 19:00 (+3), Mon–Fri

Compensation: Fixed salary + bonuses based on client spend

Responsibilities:

• Onboarding new clients and setting up advertising accounts.
• Issuing Business Managers, ad accounts, and payment profiles according to client vertical and spend.
• Prompt replacement of accounts/ad accounts in case of bans or restrictions.
• Ensuring correct operation of BM, ad accounts, and payment profiles.
• Monitoring account limits and setup stability.
• Tracking bans and restrictions (account restricted, ad account disabled, BM restriction).
• Handling client requests related to running campaigns.
• Resolving typical Facebook Ads issues (bans, payment risk/disabled, ad account disabled, etc.).
• Monitoring proper use of advertising accounts.
• Maintaining reports on issued accounts.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of Facebook Ads infrastructure.
• Knowledge of common bans and restrictions on Facebook.
• Experience working with different types of ad accounts.
• Practical experience with Facebook traffic in the last 6 months.
• Experience with gray verticals is a plus.
• Understanding campaign launch logic and ad bundle structures.
• At least 6 months of experience in account management, support, or affiliate/arbitrage teams.
