Key Requirements:
🔹 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer;
🔹 Strong commercial experience with Node.js (NestJS preferred) or .NET with readiness to transition to Node.js/NestJS;

• Own the lakehouse architecture: bronze/silver/gold layers, Iceberg/Delta tables, schema evolution.

We are looking for:

• From 1 year of experience in the position of support manager / VIP manager;
• Level of knowledge of French — B2 and above;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Advanced knowledge in Excel. Ability to work with databases, pivot tables and other functions.

• High level of professionalism to create trusting relationships with VIP clients;
• Ability to demonstrate understanding of the clients' needs and desires as well as the ability to solve problems quickly;
• Flexible respond to changes.

• Regular communication with VIP-players — announcement of promotions and special offers, assistance in case of problems and questions, establishing trusting relationships by chats and calls;
• Participation in the segmentation of VIP clients;
