What you'll do

- Build the creative function from zero: the process, the team, the tools, the testing framework and the reporting.

- Own the creative strategy across all major ad networks: Meta, TikTok, Google App Campaigns, Snapchat, and in-app networks (AppLovin, Unity, Mintegral, ironSource).

- Run video production end to end: scripts, UGC creators, editors, motion designers, AI-generated video, timelines and quality.

- Produce and adapt video and static for each network's formats and placements, including playables and end cards for in-app networks.

- Make the latest AI tools the core of production (video, image, voice, lip-sync, avatars), and keep testing new ones as they appear.

- Ship a steady weekly volume of new concepts and iterations, and turn winners into dozens of variations.

- Read performance by creative (hook rate, CTR, IPM, CPI, ROAS) and decide what to kill, iterate or scale.

- Keep a creative testing log and share what works with the UA team and the product.

 

Must have

- 4+ years in performance creative for mobile apps (installs, trials, subscriptions).

- Hands-on experience with several ad networks, at least Meta and TikTok, plus one more (Google UAC or an in-app network).

- Experience managing video production: you have led editors, motion designers or UGC creators, not only made videos yourself.

- Real production experience with current generative AI tools (e.g. Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Midjourney, Flux, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Arcads, ComfyUI or similar).

- You have built a creative process or team from scratch at least once.

- Data-driven: you know which metrics tell you a creative works on each network.

- A portfolio of ads that actually ran, with numbers.

- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
 

Nice to have

- Subscription apps: utilities, cleaners, AI apps, dating or lifestyle.

- Playable ads.

- Can edit yourself (CapCut, After Effects, Premiere).

- Experience with automated creative pipelines (templates, batch variations, APIs).
