    Key Responsibilities

    Oversee financial reporting of group companies across Europe and other regions

    Supervise and manage local accountants in all countries of operation

    Organize and control the accuracy of intercompany payments and reconciliations within and outside the EU

    Monitor tax obligations and reporting deadlines in coordination with external tax advisors

    Ensure compliance with local legal requirements and maintain communication with legal counsel, auditors, and consultants in each jurisdiction

    Establish efficient reporting processes and document workflows across the group

    Control VAT, corporate tax, and other tax obligations in countries of presence

    Coordinate with local finance teams and accounting providers

     

    Requirements

    Proven experience as a Chief Accountant in an international company or as an Auditor in a global audit firm

    Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

    Experience in international taxation and cross-border financial operations

    Hands-on experience in group financial consolidation

    Fluent English (minimum B2 level) for communication with auditors, consultants, and non-resident stakeholders

    Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a high level of ownership over the full financial reporting cycle

    • Conduct regular analysis of affiliate traffic to identify fraud across CPA, Hybrid, RevShare, and Fixed models using both internal and third-party analytics tools.
    • Analyze user behavior (FTD, retention, unusual patterns) to detect suspicious or incentivized traffic schemes.
    • Prepare and update affiliate offer terms and Insertion Orders (IO) with clear anti-fraud conditions.
    • Perform pre-checks of new affiliates and deal terms before campaign activation.
    • Approve or reject affiliate payouts based on traffic quality evaluation (final compliance check before payment execution).
    • Collaborate with affiliate managers to explain payout rejections and clarify reasons for non-payment.
    • Suggest improvements to anti-fraud processes and contribute to the development of internal fraud prevention policies.
       

         Requirements:

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in iGaming or Betting as an Affiliate Analyst, Traffic Analyst, or Anti-Fraud Specialist.
    • Solid understanding of CPA, Hybrid, and RevShare models and the fraud risks associated with each.
    • Proficiency in traffic analysis using tools like Google Sheets and Power BI (user-level).
