We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team!

Data Engineer is responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing data infrastructure for data collection, management, transformation, and access.

He/she will be in charge of creating pipelines that convert raw data into usable formats for data scientists and other data consumers to utilize.

Data Engineer should be comfortable working with RDBMS and has a good knowledge of the appropriate RDBMS programming language(s) as well.

The Data Engineer fulfills processing of client data based on proper specification and documentation.

*Ukrainian student in UA (2d year and higher).

     Main responsibilities:

• Design and develop ETL pipelines;
• Data integration and cleansing;
• Implement stored procedures and function for data transformations;
• ETL processes performance optimization.

     Skills and Requirements:

• Experience with ETL tools (to take charge of the ETL processes and performs tasks connected with data analytics, data science, business intelligence and system architecture skills);
• Database/DBA/Architect background (understanding of data storage requirements and design warehouse architecture, should have the basic expertise with SQL/NoSQL databases and data mapping, the awareness of Hadoop environment);
• Data analysis expertise (data modeling, mapping, and formatting, data analysis basic expertise is required);
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python is preferable);
• Troubleshooting skills (data processing systems operate with large amounts of data and include multiple structural elements. Data Engineer is responsible for the proper functioning of the system, which requires strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills);
• Tableau experience is good to have;
• Software engineering background is good to have;
• Good organizational skills, and task management abilities;
• Effective self-motivator;
• Good communication skills in written and spoken English.

     Salary Range

Compensation packages are based on several factors including but not limited to: skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

We're looking for a motivated IT Administrator / Junior DevOps to join our growing team and help us build, maintain, and scale our technical infrastructure.

In this role, you will be the core of our IT operations, ensuring our systems are secure and highly available.

You'll work closely with our development and operations teams, getting hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools and methodologies.

This is a perfect opportunity to transition from IT administration into a full-fledged DevOps engineering role.

     What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain our on-premise and cloud infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and performance.
• Automate everything you can using scripting languages like Bash and Python.
• Administer a variety of systems, including Linux (Debian/Ubuntu/CentOS) and Windows Server.
• Manage users, permissions, and policies in MS Active Directory, Azure Active Directory,  Microsoft Intune .
• Work with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes to deploy and manage applications.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
• Provide IT support for our team, troubleshooting network issues, hardware, and software.
• Implement security best practices for our networks, servers, and applications.
• Day to day operation and maintenance of a hosted data center environment
• Automation of processes and daily routines
• Works closely with R&D to install, configure, and operate developed features
• Ensure appropriate, accurate, up-to-date technical documentation for Data science environment
• Support and work with Hadoop clusters for big data processing.
  
  What We're Looking For
• Proven experience as an IT Administrator or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPN).
• Solid experience with Linux server administration is a must.
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with scripting (Bash, Python).
• Basic understanding of CI/CD principles and version control (Git).
• Experience with MS Active Directory and  Microsoft Intune administration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
• Strong English skills (B2+) as the role requires frequent communication with our US team.
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to learn new technologies.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to Hadoop and big data environments.

  What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of experience as ML/AI engineering or in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Python, and solid experience with ML frameworks
• Deep understanding of NLP and CV fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML projects deployed in production
• Experience integrating LLMs, retrieval pipelines in multi-step reasoning agents
• Practical experience in text/image processing
