Requirements:

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Confidence and ease when speaking on the phone with a wide range of candidates across the US
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls while staying organized and positive
• A proactive and goal-oriented mindset — if you enjoy persuading, negotiating, and turning conversations into results, you’ll fit right in
• Background in sales is highly preferred — if you love connecting with people and building relationships, you’ll feel right at home here
• Personal laptop or PC (we will provide a corporate laptop after 6 months of work)
• Good MS Office skills: Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Availability to work during the following fixed schedule: Monday through Friday, from 3 pm till 12 am Kyiv time (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break)

Responsibilities:

• Recruit top talent for various job openings in IT, engineering, manufacturing, finance, marketing, etc.
• Conduct screening phone calls with qualified candidates preselected for you by a team of sourcers
• Build strong relationships with candidates through engaging and persuasive communication
• Assist in arranging interviews for qualified candidates with our clients
• Cooperate with the team of Account Managers based in the US to select the best candidates for our clients' job openings

Responsibilities

• Recruit top talent for roles in IT, engineering, manufacturing, finance, marketing, and more.
• Make high-volume outbound calls to build relationships with candidates.
• Conduct screening calls with candidates preselected by our sourcing team.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Work closely with U.S.-based Account Managers to match candidates to open roles.

• Maintain clear communication and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

   

You’ll need:

• Good communication skills. Most of your day is going to be spent communicating — as such, the better you can demonstrate your ability to listen, explain different roles, negotiate, the better results you will get.
• A high degree of self-motivation. Our job is about making a lot of calls but then deciding that you’re going to make one more call and find a good quality candidate.
• A competitive drive. If you have a fire that’s fueled you to compete in sports, sales or in any other goal-oriented area, this may be a good job for you.

2. From 4 pm till 1 am (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break)

• Research all unfamiliar skills and technologies to build a good understanding of the requirements for the qualified candidate
• Identify qualified candidates from the resume database, access to which we provide
• Cooperate with the recruiting team in selecting the best-qualified candidates for our clients' job opening
