What do we ask for?
•    1 year+ of experience in administration and/or Human Resources.
•    Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
•    Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently within a dynamic environment.
•    Good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
•    Personal laptop or PC
•    Upper-intermediate spoken and written English
•    Availability to work during the following fixed schedule Monday through Friday: from 3 pm till midnight Kyiv time (8 hours with a 1-hour break).

What does this role involve?
•    Help with candidate's onboarding: collect documents, check correctness
•    Administer employees and contractors documents: separation, change of roles, salary
•    Conduct background check and drug testing
•    Administer benefits packages: insurances, 401k. Enroll employees
•    Communicate with employees and contractors
•    Work closely with recruiting team when we receive an offer
