About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to drive and scale our global social media presence across international markets.

This role combines strategic planning, hands-on social media expertise, and content creation. You will work closely with a team of Social Media Managers and Video Editors while helping shape the overall social media direction for our brands across Sexual Wellness and BeautyTech.

You will work across global platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with a strong focus on European and US markets, developing content and strategies that resonate with diverse international audiences.

This is much more than simply managing social channels. You’ll help shape how our brands show up across social media, digital campaigns, product launches, retail activations, and international markets– translating brand strategy into relevant, engaging, and culturally impactful content.

It’s a fast-moving, highly visual environment where culture, lifestyle, technology, creativity, and retail meet – with plenty of room for ambitious ideas, experimentation, and content that stands out. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of social media managers and content creators
• Define and execute global social media strategies across multiple brands
• Translate brand and business goals into scalable content systems
• Oversee content planning, production, and performance across platforms
• Ensure consistent quality, tone, and positioning across all markets
• Analyze performance and continuously optimize content and strategy
• Collaborate with internal teams (brand, performance, retail) to actively support and enable sales through social media
• Drive the integration of AI into content creation workflows

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in social media management and content creation
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a team
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Hands-on experience in creating high-performing social content
• Practical experience using video editing tools (Capcut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut or a similar program) and image/graphic editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or a similar program)
• Strong understanding of global audiences, especially EU and US markets
• Ability to think strategically while staying execution-focused
• Experience in fast-paced, high-output content environments

Language Requirements:

• Fluent English (written and spoken) — Mandatory
• Fluent in German (written and spoken) — Nice to have, not mandatory

For our Social Media team, this means much more than simply managing social channels. You’ll be helping shape how a bold global consumer brand shows up across social media, digital campaigns, product launches, retail activations, and international markets.

It’s a fast-moving, highly visual environment where culture, lifestyle, technology, creativity, and retail meet  with plenty of room for ambitious ideas and content that stands out.

Experience:

• 3 or more years of experience in video-editing, motion design and 2D animation
• Videographer experience (planning, shooting, camera operation) is a plus but not needed
• Experience with managing and/or creating content for social media channels is a plus (specially Instagram & Tik Tok)

Skills:

• Technical:
• Deep know-how of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Knowledge of industry software such as Davinci Resolve, Avid Media Composer, Final Cut Pro X, is a plus but not required
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, transitions and pacing
• Strong skills in montage, color grading and sound editing
• AI Video creation is a plus but not required
• Experience with fast editing tools like Canva & CapCut are a plus
• Soft Skills:
• Good at communicating, sharing and understanding ideas
• Self-starter, with a team-focused attitude and a good standing
• Ability to work under pressure and developing efficient solutions to scale our output on an international level while maintaining high quality standards
• Fluent in English

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating branded video content and assets with an international social media focus for all brands in our portfolio 
• Staying up to date on social media trends
• Working together with interdisciplinary teams on social media briefs and having an active role in concepting the final video & graphic asset output 
• Create videos & graphics for all brands with a mix of live-action footage, animation & 3D assets.
• Advising on the quality of each production step and contributing with specialized feedback that helps everyone complete their tasks successfully 
• Contributing to the production of recurring branded content series for various brands as part of the Video Production & Social Media team
• Creating relevant video content with a mobile-first approach for our social media (specially Instagram, TikTok & YouTube)
• Collaborating with cross-departmental communication teams to create a consistent brand image across all our audience touch points 
• Ensuring a consistent level of quality and minimal turnaround times for videos & graphics
• Keeping a natural and engaging flow in each piece of video & graphic content while always keeping in mind the creative idea and concept behind the content 
• Supporting and consulting other members of the creative team from a technical expert perspective on video & graphic formats and possibilities
