We're developing a mobile banking engine. This project requires attention to detail since we do pixel-perfect design and extensively use REST APIs to manage the application features. We have 1 client already, and the bank's management is super-friendly and result-oriented ;)

Required Skills

- Excellent knowledge of Core Java/Kotlin, Android SDK

- Solid understanding of OOP principles and design

- Proficient in multithreaded and concurrency

- Flair for clean code, reusability, testability, and readability (SOLID)

- Understanding of architectural patterns, such as “Clean Architecture”, “MVP”, “IOC”, etc.

- Experience with Kotlin Coroutines, Koin

- Experience with REST

- Experience in implementing Material Design and well-designed UI

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience of delivering features to a deadline and working with QA teams

- Strong experience in Git / Git Flow.

Requirements

- Develop new functionality

- Design separate components, modules.

- Code, debug, document, and maintain portions of software

- Participate in peer code and design reviews

- Contribute to development of technical project documentation and user documentation

- Provide assistance to test engineers and support personnel in solving technical issues of software installation and its operation

- Participate in conference calls and face-to-face meetings with the Customer and Customer partners

- Comply with the best engineering practices, the technical standards, and the quality criteria set forth on the project

- Report status and progress according to the project and Company demands

- Spot current deficiencies in the development process, adopted procedures and engineering practices, environment configurations, etc., and suggest improvements

- Escalate technical issues to the Architect, Team Lead, and Project Manager

- Improve your qualification within the area(s) of expertise at various training courses, seminars, and/or other educational events

We are looking for a Grant Manager / Specialist to help us secure funding for the products we develop in Trigger Software. If you have experience in grant sourcing and applications in the field of technology, innovation, and startups, this role is for you!

📌 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Research and identify relevant grant programs (government, private, and international funds).

🔹 Prepare applications: define project goals, draft budgets, business plans, and financial models.

🔹 Communicate with grant providers, foundations, partners, and accelerators.

🔹 Monitor grant requirements and adapt application strategies accordingly.

🔹 Oversee grant implementation: reporting, compliance, and fund management.

📈 Key Skills & Competencies:

✅ 1-2+ years of experience in grant financing and application writing.

✅ Knowledge of major grant programs (Horizon Europe, EIC Accelerator, EIF, national and private funds).

✅ Strong grant writing skills – ability to formulate project objectives, develop budgets, and justify funding needs.

✅ Experience in negotiating with grant providers and understanding key success factors.

✅ Established network within grant organizations and accelerators.

✅ Proven experience working with European and international funds (mandatory).

✅ English level B2+ – required for international grant applications.

✅ Understanding of crowdfunding platforms and alternative financing options.

Required Skills:

- Ability and experience of 3+ for development on the Corezoid platform;

- Experience developing chatbots for Telegram and Viber using the Corezoid platform;

- Proactive mindset is a must;

- Technical skills/knowledge is a must;

- Understanding basic IT architecture principles;

- Understanding key API concepts and experience working with API integrations;

- Experience developing microservices or other applications based on a RESTful API architecture;

- Familiarity with webhooks, callbacks, and other mechanisms for integrating chatbots with external systems;

- Knowledge of chatbot design patterns and best practices for creating engaging user experiences;

- Ability to work with stakeholders and clients to understand requirements and design chatbots that meet their needs;

- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
