About us

Therapy Innovations builds online products for the US autism therapy field, known as ABA (applied behavior analysis):

• Ripley (ripleyfieldworktracker.com), an app that ABA trainees in the US use to log the supervised fieldwork hours they need for certification, with about 88,000 accounts.
• Breaking News ABA (breakingnewsaba.com), an English-language trade publication for the US ABA industry: Medicaid policy, company news, deals and research.

Nobody owns marketing yet, so you'd be the first person in this role. The audience is entirely in the US, and all the work is in English.

What you'll do

• Grow sign-ups for Ripley, which is the first priority.
• Run and tune Google and Meta ads for Ripley sign-ups, and keep the cost per sign-up in check.
• Grow search traffic to Breaking News ABA articles, including Google News and Top Stories, and fix technical and on-page SEO on our WordPress sites.
• Set up email: a newsletter for Breaking News ABA and sign-up and onboarding emails for Ripley.
• Promote our articles and products on LinkedIn.
• Set up reporting in Google Search Console and GA4, and tell us what's working.

In the first three months we'd like to see more Ripley sign-ups, more search traffic to Breaking News ABA, and ads with a cost per sign-up we're happy with.

What we need

• 3+ years in SEO and performance marketing, with results you can show in numbers: sign-ups, traffic, cost per acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads aimed at sign-ups or conversions.
• Experience with English-language websites, ideally for a US audience.
• WordPress, Google Search Console, GA4, and a tool such as Ahrefs or Semrush.
• English at B2 or higher. You'll write reports in English and join calls with the team.
• You can work on your own and explain your decisions in plain words.

Nice to have

• Growing sign-ups for a SaaS product or app.
• News or publisher SEO (Google News, Top Stories, Discover).
• Email tools such as Mailchimp, Brevo or Klaviyo.
• Healthcare, education or B2B experience.

This role isn't a fit if your experience is only link selling, guest posts, or casino and crypto affiliate sites.

How we work

• Remote. Part-time or per-project work to start, with the option to move to full time.
• Flexible hours, with some overlap with US Central time (your evening).
• Payment in USD through PayPal or bank transfer.
