Important:
● Expertise in BPMN business process description methodology;
● Knowledge of the Creatio platform;

Requirements:
● Knowledge of the main business processes of one of the areas: trade companies, financial organizations (sales, marketing, service);
● Experience in collecting, analyzing, and documenting software requirements;
● Ability to read and write API development requirements
● Ability to develop product functionality using Low Code Creatio (mandatory knowledge of FreedomUI);
● Communicative abilities, skills in conducting meetings and training;
● Fluency in russian and Ukrainian, English – reading technical documentation, and correspondence.

Responsibilities:

• Interview and identify customer needs;
• Analyze and document software requirements;
• Form a vision for the implementation project;
• Provide proposals for optimizing business processes;
• Configure the system for customer tasks using low-code and no-code tools;
• Describe business processes and create a system model for the object;
• Protect and approve the implemented solution with the customer;
• Conduct training on the effective use of the Creatio platform;
• Test system functionality;
• Support and advise customers on working with the Creatio platform;

🔍 What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute a content strategy for social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok);
• Write and schedule engaging content for posts, stories, email newsletters, and short-form videos;
• Maintain and manage the content calendar;
• Drive engagement, reach, and brand awareness through consistent, high-quality content;
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics via Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, etc.;
• Contribute ideas for lead magnets (guides, checklists, eBooks) with the marketing team;
• Work closely with the designer, analysts, and CEO to align messaging with our solutions and positioning.

✅ Who We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in SMM, content marketing, or copywriting (experience in B2B or tech is a plus);
• Excellent written Ukrainian (English is a plus); strong grammar and creative copywriting skills;
• Understanding of digital marketing basics (funnel, traffic, engagement, conversion);
• Experience with Canva or Figma;
• Comfortable using analytics tools and content scheduling platforms;
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong understanding of manufacturing operations and hands-on experience with no-code platforms (preferably Creatio). You will be responsible for gathering requirements, modeling processes, and delivering automation solutions, including the setup of the SkyPlanner APS system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements from manufacturing clients

• Model and optimize business and production processes (BPMN, flowcharts, process maps)

• Build logic and prototypes using no-code tools (Creatio platform)

• Configure and implement SkyPlanner APS – an AI-powered advanced production scheduling system based on Arcturus optimization algorithms

• Integrate SkyPlanner APS with ERP/MES systems via REST API

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and support teams

• Prepare technical documentation (BRD, user stories)

• Conduct client demos, onboarding, and support sessions

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP system implementation or configuration

• Solid understanding of core manufacturing processes (planning, inventory, quality control, logistics)

• Experience with no-code/low-code platforms (e.g. Creatio, Zoho, Odoo, etc.)

• Proficient in BPMN 2.0; basic SQL knowledge is a plus

• Strong communication skills for working directly with clients

• English level: B1+ (you’ll work with international teams)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Creatio platform

• Familiarity with customers from Poland, Lithuania, Ukraine

• Understanding of MES/MRP systems

• Hands-on experience with production planning tools, especially SkyPlanner APS

Your future functionality:

Perform work on system analysis
Prepare accompanying technical documentation and participate in the development of user documentation
Support existing systems and processes, ensure timely resolution of operational issues and provide consulting support
Our candidate has:

Knowledge of the Creatio system at the developer level, certification is desirable
Experience in development in C#, Javascript
Knowledge of the principles of application architecture and complex systems
Experience in building integrated systems
Experience in implementing end-to-end business process automation projects
