Strim Duo is looking for a strong and visionary Design Lead to take ownership of the creative direction, quality standards, and operational efficiency of company’s design function.
This role is ideal for a hands-on design leader who combines exceptional visual taste with strong management skills and the ability to build scalable creative processes. You will lead a multidisciplinary design team and play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of our products, marketing campaigns, and corporate brand.
As Design Lead, you will work closely with the marketing department and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that all creative output is strategically aligned, visually outstanding, and delivered efficiently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or creative production.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing design teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, digital marketing, and visual storytelling.
• Exceptional aesthetic judgment and attention to detail.
• Proven experience building processes and managing creative operations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-powered design tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

• Experience in iGaming, gaming, tech, or entertainment industries is a strong advantage.

   

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of designers, illustrators, and motion specialists.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Build a culture of ownership, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback and elevate the overall capability of the team.

2. Creative Direction

• Set and maintain high visual and conceptual standards across all design outputs.
• Review and approve key creative concepts and final deliverables.
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
• Drive innovative and impactful creative solutions.

3. Process & Resource Management

• Optimize workflows, planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Establish scalable design processes, templates, and quality control systems.
• Improve delivery speed while maintaining exceptional standards.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI integration in the design workflow.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Marketing, Product, KAM and Sales teams to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication.
• Support strategic initiatives, product launches, conferences, and promotional campaigns.

5. Strategic Contribution

• Contribute to the long-term evolution of Evoplay's brand and creative capabilities.
• Evaluate emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Build a world-class design function capable of supporting the company's global growth.

We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer (Manual) to support our quality assurance processes and ensure the delivery of high-quality software. This role will execute manual test cases, identify and report defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate new features. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in a structured QA environment.

The expertise we’re looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience with client-server apps and web services;
• Good knowledge of different testing methodologies and ability to implement them;
• Preparation of testing documentation;
• Experience in game design/tech documentation;
• Deep understanding of REST API and WebSocket;
• Awareness in product lifecycle;
• Experience of work in an Agile (Scrum) development environment.

Will be a plus:
— Experience in Gambling industry;
— Strong ability to solve, manage and prevent problems independently;
— Familiar with software development and testing tools: Git, Jira, TestRail;

Your position will include

• Writing and working with test documentation;
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
• Working with Back-office
• Working with in-house and external test tools;
• Functional, exploratory, smoke, integration and regression testing;
• Investigating production issues;
• Working in cross-functional teams (Front-end devs, Back-end devs, Tech Artists, PM, Game Producers)
• Testing games and game related features (such as user interface, usability, functionality.
• Reporting and documenting technical issues.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact and develop trusted advisor relationships with existing clients
• Support game launches and coordinate marketing/promotional activities with partners
• Handle technical, financial, operational, and business-related issues on a regular basis
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences
• Provide monthly/quarterly reports to the Account Team Lead

Working with generative AI (must-have):

• A solid working understanding of different generative AI tools (e.g. Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, Nano Banana) and confidence generating visual concepts and concept sheets.
• Using AI output as a base and polishing it to production quality
• A clear desire to grow your AI skills as the toolset evolves.

Would be a plus:

• Experience in the iGaming / gaming industry. Experience with slots.
• AI not only basic but in depth knowledge
• Basic knowledge of Spine 2D and After Effects; understanding of 2D animation / rigging workflows.
• UI/UX design experience.
• Familiarity with using 3D models for posing/reference
