We are looking for a strong specialist who goes beyond data processing — someone who understands the business behind the data and can influence decisions through analytics. This role requires autonomy, fast learning, and full ownership of data quality and analytical outputs.

Requirements

• Advanced Python and SQL (query optimization, complex data transformations, large-scale data handling)
• Hands-on experience with ClickHouse or other columnar databases
• Strong background in building ETL/ELT pipelines (ingestion, transformation, orchestration). Experience with Airflow is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Data Warehouse architecture
• Strong Data QA skills (identifying and resolving data issues)
• Experience with Power BI (building and maintaining reports)
• Ability to quickly understand business logic and translate it into data models
• High attention to detail
• English — B2 or higher (working proficiency)

Nice to Have

• Experience with data governance implementation
• Experience in high-load systems
• Experience working with product and business teams

Responsibilities

• Own data quality: identify, analyze, and fix data issues
• Translate business processes into reliable data structures
• Build and optimize ETL pipelines
• Deliver clean and structured data for analytics and BI
• Handle AdHoc analytical requests under tight deadlines
• Maintain and improve Power BI reporting
• Automate repetitive tasks
• Provide analytical support
• Train users on BI tools

• Preparation of arts and animations in Spine for integration
• Projects optimization;

• 1+ years of experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• ontinuously track, analyze, and evaluate the performance of affiliate campaigns using traffic metrics and KPIs.
• Experience as an affiliate (not operator side) is a great plus.
• Proactively grow and optimize existing affiliate relationships by identifying new opportunities.

• Affiliates accounts processing — register, maintain, statistics gathering.
• Searching for new partners & opportunities, making deals.
• Daily offers performance monitoring.
• Create and maintain monthly performance statistics.
• Monitoring brands updates.
• Market and competitors research — monitoring and implementing the best offers available on the market.
• Lead the entire affiliate lifecycle, from commercial negotiations to technical integration and ongoing support..
• Active participation in public events, such as conferences, meet-ups, parties, etc.

We`re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Retention Manager 

We’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in account management, retention, or client success (B2B environment)
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive commercial outcomes
• Experience in the iGaming industry is a strong advantage
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify performance gaps and opportunities
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own the reactivation of inactive, underperforming, and churned B2B projects
• Re-engage operators that have fully stopped cooperation and understand reasons for churn and assess reactivation potential
• Analyze reseller and operator portfolios to identify activated but non-performing integrations
• Work closely with resellers to revive dormant operators within their networks
• Proactively reach out to inactive or churned partners to identify blockers
• Rebuild relationships and restart commercial activity through tailored reactivation approaches
• Coordinate internal teams (Product, Tech, Marketing) to support relaunch or reactivation scenarios
• Document churn reasons, reactivation outcomes, and recurring blockers for internal insights
• Transfer non-responsive or commercially blocked cases to the Sales team with full context and recommendations
