We are looking for a Media Buyer with proven experience in managing Facebook/Instagram campaigns at scale to join our performance marketing team. The role is focused on scaling direct response and B2B campaigns in the US market, with exposure to TikTok and Google as well.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize high-budget performance campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) with clear ROI targets.
• Manage the full campaign cycle: market research, creative direction, launch, optimization, and scaling.
• Drive creative strategy – understand what works, request and brief new creatives, and run structured A/B tests.
• Write and review ad copy and scripts for video ads to align with performance goals.
• Collaborate with designers and editors to produce high-converting creatives.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations based on campaign performance.

Requirements

• Proven success managing Facebook Ads campaigns in the US market at scale (six-figure+ monthly spend).
• Strong understanding of direct response marketing and B2B lead generation funnels.
• Hands-on experience with creative testing frameworks and advanced campaign optimization.
• Analytical, results-driven, and highly independent.
• Experience with TikTok/Google Ads is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with additional platforms (Snapchat, YouTube, Native).
• Familiarity with advanced testing tools, tracking, and attribution.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in managing high-scale campaigns with expertise in cloaking, Google Ads (Display), and Native platforms. This role focuses on the Crypto vertical across T1 and T2 geos.

This is not a junior role – only candidates with relevant and demonstrated experience will be considered.

• Manage budgets effectively with a focus on scaling profitable campaigns.
• Collaborate with the creative team to test and iterate on high-performing ad creatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Media Buyer in the Crypto vertical.
• Deep understanding of cloaking strategies, compliance, and risk management.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Display) and Native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, MGID).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly.
