    We are seeking a skilled Automation & AI Bots Specialist to design, build, and manage intelligent automation workflows and AI-powered chatbots that drive operational efficiency and business growth. This part-time position offers the opportunity to expand into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
     

    Key Responsibilities
     

    Design and implement automation workflows using Zapier or Make to integrate systems and optimize business processes

    Develop and manage AI-powered chatbots across multiple channels (WhatsApp, Web, and others)

    Configure and maintain API integrations, webhooks, and multi-system connections

    Craft advanced AI prompts for conversational agents and automated workflows

    Create clear documentation for all processes to ensure maintainability and scalability

    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions

     

    Required Qualifications
     

    1–2 years of proven experience in automation, chatbot development, or system integrations

    Demonstrated expertise with Zapier or Make (hands-on experience required)

    Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON structure

    Experience building and deploying functional chatbots

    Proficiency in prompt engineering for AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)

    Track record of developing natural-language chatbots integrated with GPT models

    Strong communication skills with ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders

    Excellent requirement-gathering and documentation abilities
