SOFTPROM

About us

Softprom is a value-added IT distributor founded in 1999: 27 years in the market, 33 countries, 120+ vendors across five practices: Cybersecurity, Cloud & AI, IT Infrastructure, Security Systems, CAD & Graphics.

Cybersecurity is Softprom's largest practice: 70+ vendors. The portfolio includes CyberArk, Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Imperva, Forcepoint, Trellix, Rapid7, Cloudflare, Segura and others. We run our own industry events and cybersecurity forums in several countries and work with integrator partners and end customers: banks, industry, the public sector.

Why this role exists

In the Cybersecurity practice, marketing has two jobs:

1. Maintain and strengthen Softprom's position as the leading cybersecurity distributor in our markets.
2. Generate demand for the portfolio vendors — real inquiries that convert into deals — and attract vendor marketing budgets for it.

Who we are looking for

• Systematic and self-sufficient — you need a goal, not daily supervision.
• Proactive — you don't wait for tasks, you bring a plan.
• Analytical — you make decisions based on data.
• Who builds lead generation chains and understands the full journey from traffic source to deal: what came from where, what worked, what influenced the result.
• Who understands cybersecurity as a market: who buys, who influences the decision, how to speak to a CISO and to an integrator partner in different words.
• Who sets up channels so the result is visible — transparent analytics, correct attribution, confirmed numbers.
• Ready to be accountable for results — demand and meetings that convert into deals, not activity counts.

What you will do

• Promotion tactics for the practice and individual vendors in the portfolio: annual and quarterly plans.
• Aligning plans with brand managers, regions and vendors, including attracting vendor marketing budgets and reporting on them.
• Content development: landing pages, email sequences, case studies, event materials, multi-vendor thematic campaigns.
• Setting up communication channels: digital advertising, email marketing, social media, the website.
• Organizing and running our own events (online and offline), participating in industry events; webinars with vendors.
• Working with leads: handover to sales, monitoring the processing SLA, nurturing.
• Analytics and reporting: leads, cost per lead, conversion, ROMI, vendor reports.

Focus markets: Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and other countries where Softprom operates.

What matters to us

• 3+ years of B2B lead generation, preferably in IT or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on digital practice: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, analytics (GA4, CRM reporting; HubSpot experience is a plus).
• Experience organizing online and offline events.
• Experience with vendors or partner programs is a plus.
• English Intermediate+ — communication with global vendors.
• Confident daily use of AI tools: copy, analytics, routine automation. Having set up at least one agent or automated scenario is a plus.

SLA — process standards

• The activity plan for the portfolio vendors delivered on the agreed dates.
• Vendor reporting within the deadlines agreed with each vendor.

KPI — results

• Quantity and quality of generated leads (MQL → SQL).
• Vendor budgets attracted: requested, utilized, ROMI.

What we offer

• Compensation: base salary + performance-linked bonus.
• Fully remote work.
• Promoting solutions of global cybersecurity leaders.
• International markets: Central and Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia.
• Freedom in tools: we are open to any approach — what matters is return on investment.

About us

Softprom is a value-added IT distributor founded in 1999: 27 years in the market, 33 countries, 120+ vendors across five practices: Cybersecurity, Cloud & AI, IT Infrastructure, Security Systems, CAD & Graphics.

We sell complex technologies to IT professionals and businesses. They are usually described in long texts. We want to show them in video: short, clear, regular. YouTube — for expert content: solution overviews, webinar recordings, conversations with engineers and vendors. TikTok and short formats — to reach a new audience of IT specialists and partners. The channels don't yet exist in the shape we want. You will build them.

Why this role exists

Two jobs:

1. Build and run the Softprom YouTube channel as a regular expert medium about cybersecurity, cloud and IT infrastructure.
2. Launch short formats for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and Instagram that bring a new audience and support vendor campaigns.

Who we are looking for

This is a role for someone who makes video from idea to publication and watches the numbers. We are looking for someone:

• Who can turn a technical topic into a clear, engaging video: script, filming or screen recording, editing, thumbnail, publication.
• Systematic — you run the content plan and keep the rhythm: 4 videos a month for YouTube plus regular short formats.
• Who works with channel analytics and changes content based on the numbers: retention, views, subscriptions, click-throughs.
• Who isn't afraid of IT topics and is ready to dig into cybersecurity and cloud together with the engineers.
• Who actively uses AI tools for scripts, subtitles, translation, editing and avatars.

What you will do

• The quarterly channel content plan together with the practice marketers and vendors.
• Video production: scripts, recording experts and webinars, screen recording, editing, template-based graphics, subtitles, thumbnails.
• Adapting one video into several formats: YouTube, Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram.
• Running the channels: publication, descriptions, tags, playlists, replying to comments, engaging the audience.
• Video for vendor campaigns and events: announcements, teasers, event recaps, solution presentations.
• Channel analytics and a monthly report: what people watch, what retains them, what brings them to the website and into campaigns.

What matters to us

• 2+ years running a brand's or medium's YouTube or TikTok channel with confirmed results.
• Editing and graphics: Premiere Pro or DaVinci, CapCut, After Effects — basic; working with templates.
• The ability to write scripts and work with experts on camera.
• Experience with AI tools for video: script generation, subtitles, voiceover, avatars.
• Understanding of B2B and IT topics, or the readiness to get up to speed quickly.

SLA — process standards

• Publication rhythm: 4 videos a month for YouTube + regular short formats, per the content plan.
• Campaign video within 10 business days of the brief.

KPI — results

• Views, audience retention, subscribers per channel.
• Click-throughs from video to the website and into campaigns (UTM).
• Leads from video sources (UTM / HubSpot attribution).

What we offer

• Fully remote work.
• Channels you build into your own format, and 120+ technologies from global manufacturers as content material.
• Access to the company's engineers, vendors and events in 15 countries.

Our website softprom.com lives in five languages and serves 15 countries. Hundreds of campaigns a year run through it: vendor pages, event landing pages, webinars, promos. Today every marketer does their own ads, landing pages and SEO in between other work. We want to hand this to one specialist who will turn it into a system.

Why this role exists

Two jobs:

1. Turn the website and landing pages into a lead generation tool: fast launch, clean analytics, growth of organic traffic and visibility in AI search.
2. Manage paid traffic for the whole team: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, OpenAI Ads — with a transparent cost per lead for every vendor and country.

Who we are looking for

Performance in B2B is not about "pouring traffic" — it's about bringing it to a deal. So we are looking for someone:

• Who can count: cost per lead, conversion, attribution, ROMI — and makes decisions on those numbers.
• Systematic — you build a process for launching landing pages and campaigns instead of making each one from scratch.
• Who understands the B2B audience: IT directors and integrator partners, not mass consumers.
• Who follows the changes in search: SEO, AEO, how companies get into AI assistants' answers.
• Who sets up analytics so the result is visible in the CRM, not only in the ad account.

What you will do

• Landing pages and vendor pages on the website: template-based assembly, UX, speed, forms, HubSpot integration — prioritized by the single campaign calendar.
• Paid advertising: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, OpenAI Ads for campaigns, events and vendors; budgets, audiences, creatives together with the designer.
• SEO and AEO: the website's technical health, structure, content recommendations, Softprom's visibility in search and in AI answers.
• Analytics: GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot — correct tracking from click to lead and on to the deal.
• A monthly channel report: traffic, leads, cost per lead, conversion, what works and what to switch off.
• Working with AI tools for content, analytics and routine.

What matters to us

• 2+ years in performance marketing, preferably B2B or IT.
• Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads — hands-on practice with budgets and reporting.
• GA4, Google Tag Manager, experience with CMS and landing page builders.
• Understanding of SEO and modern AEO; able to write technical tasks for developers.
• Experience with HubSpot or another CRM is a plus.
• Confident daily use of AI tools: copy, analytics, routine automation. Having set up at least one agent or automated scenario is a plus.

SLA — process standards

• A landing page within 5 business days of the brief, prioritized by the campaign calendar.
• Campaigns launched on the agreed dates.
• A monthly channel report.

KPI — results

• Cost per lead by channel and country; landing page conversion.
• Leads from paid channels and organic (MQL → SQL) in the CRM.
• Growth of organic traffic and visibility in search and AI answers.

What we offer

• Fully remote work.
• One website, 15 countries, 120+ vendors: a scale where the effect of every decision is visible.
• Freedom in tools: we are open to any approach — what matters is return on investment.

— GitLab CI, Docker, Python

Softprom — value-added IT-

Актуальний стек: promo.softprom.com/ai

(MQL → SQL).

Google Cloud.
