    Smart Project is a Ukrainian product company specializing in full-cycle game development, boasting 15 years of experience creating and promoting products within the Casual game genre. Currently, we are reinforcing our company's marketing team and seeking a User Acquisition Manager. We firmly believe that the most valuable asset of a company is people, and we aspire to collaborate on intriguing and challenging tasks with equally passionate and professional individuals.

     

    We’re looking for:

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
    • Experience with traffic acquisition channels (Google Ads, Applovin, Unity ads, Meta, Liftoff, IronSource, etc.)
    • Experience managing budgets upwards of $100K
    • Experience with MMP (Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc.)

       

    What will you do?

    • Acquisition across various advertising channels to achieve set KPIs
    • Collaboration with advertising channel managers
    • Initiating tests and hypothesis verification
    • Participation in the creation and testing of advertising creatives (you will have a tangible impact on both marketing and project development as a whole)

       

    An advantage:

    • Experience with mediation and bidding
    • Experience with insentive traffic

    Do you have experience as a product analyst in the gamedev industry? Join the Smart Project team, where your skills will be the foundation for making strategic decisions and enhancing our game products.

     

    We expect that you have:

    • Experience in the gamedev industry
    • Advanced level of SQL
    • Proficiency in Tableau
    • Strong analytical thinking, ability to draw conclusions and provide recommendations, and effectively communicate insights to the team
    • Knowledge of basic statistics and probability theory

     

    Additional requirements:

    • Experience with Redash
    • Data analysis in Python
    • Understanding of the gaming industry, game design, and competitors’ products

     

    Key tasks:

    • Creation and maintenance of product and marketing dashboards in Tableau
    • Analysis and presentation of release and update results
    • Tracking new in-game events
    • Collaborative planning of A/B tests with the product team, including launch, analysis, and providing conclusions and recommendations
    • Profitability forecasting
    • Identifying growth opportunities and improving LTV
    • Monitoring metrics and promptly responding to deviations, identifying root causes
