Обов'язки:

• Підтримка в управлінні маркетинговим бюджетом:
  • Допомога в управлінні бюджетами для маркетингових активностей, пов'язаних з продуктом - створення ПО та АО.
  • Збір інформації про витрати на маркетингові кампанії в медіа та внесення фактичних витрат у файл з бюджетом.
• Підтримка у реалізації маркетингових активностей:
  • Допомога у плануванні та реалізації маркетингових активностей для продуктів компанії (вебінари, рекламні кампанії, передача матеріалів для розміщення в медіа тощо).
  • Підготовка звітів для відстеження результатів активностей та збору аналітики.
  • Контроль виконання термінів та завдань у рамках запланованих активностей (за планом, який підготовлений та затверджений з Product Marketing Manager).
• Підготовка та підтримка актуальності маркетингових матеріалів:
  • Редагування контенту для продуктових презентацій, рекламних матеріалів згідно ТЗ від PMMів.
  • Співпраця з дизайнерами та контент-командою для створення контенту.
  • Координація створення матеріалів для різних каналів (соціальні мережі, email-розсилки, реклама, презентації) згідно ТЗ від PMMів, комунікації з предметними спеціалістами (дизайнери, SEO, digital specialist).
• Участь у внутрішніх зустрічах та брифінгах:
  • Участь у внутрішніх зустрічах команди, зборах і брифінгах з інших відділів для обговорення стану проектів і кампаній.
  • Підготовка матеріалів для зустрічей, ведення протоколів (фоллоу-апів) і організація комунікації між командами.
• Участь у плануванні продуктового релізу:
  • Допомога в плануванні та координації запуску нових продуктів або оновлень.
  • Збір зворотного зв'язку від команд, що займаються розробкою, для забезпечення успішного маркетингового запуску продукту.
  • Організація презентацій продукту та підготовка всіх необхідних матеріалів до релізу.
• Підтримка продуктового контенту:
  • Створення, редагування або адаптація контенту для різних маркетингових каналів (вебінари, події, email-розсилки тощо).

• Робота з задачами:

  • Моніторинг особистого планеру (зміна статусів, наповнення).
  • Коректне ведення тасок, звітування, коментування роботи в тікети Azure DevOps.
