We are looking for a PPC Specialist (Google Ads) to join our global performance team.
This role is crucial for driving measurable client growth through smart campaign management, data-driven optimization, and scaling advertising across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video/YouTube, Discovery, Performance Max).
- Manage advertising budgets and deliver against KPIs (CPA, CPL, ROAS).
- Conduct keyword research, add and manage negative keywords, and test targeting strategies.
- Build campaign structures and run A/B testing of ads.
- Set up and work with tracking tools (GA4, GTM, Floodlight, Appsflyer/Adjust).
- Prepare regular reports, analyze campaign performance, and provide scaling recommendations.
- Explore and test new tools and beta features of Google Ads.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (e-commerce, lead-gen, or apps).
- Strong knowledge of Search and Display campaigns.
- Understanding of performance marketing principles and unit economics.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Excel/Sheets.
- Strong data analysis and campaign optimization skills.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
