    We are expanding our creative department and looking for a Motion Designer who not only masters the tools but also understands what truly “hooks” the viewer. If you can work fast without compromising quality, create visuals that stop the scroll, and live for the perfect hook in the first 3 seconds — we might be looking for you.

     

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Work closely with the marketing team, turning analytical insights into creative ideas for animations and motion design;
    • Create eye-catching short-form video ads for TikTok, Meta, Google, and other major platforms — visuals that truly sell;
    • Focus on powerful hooks (the first 3 seconds of a video) to maximize viewer retention;
    • Edit, crop, and adapt videos for different formats (Stories, Feeds, Ads);
    • Ensure all creatives meet platform technical requirements (resolution, aspect ratio, duration);
    • Follow brand guidelines and platform policies;
    • Participate in creative brainstorms.

       

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 3+ months of experience as a Motion Designer;
    • Knowledge of After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Media Encoder;
    • Strong communication skills and ability to listen;
    • Understanding of TikTok trends;
    • Ability to find relevant assets and materials for videos;
    • Knowledge of composition and color theory;
    • Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian (spoken and written).

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Implement client-side (frontend) and server-side (backend) logic according to technical requirements and product specifications.
    • Design, implement, and optimize REST and GraphQL APIs, including integrations with external systems.
    • Develop and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI) and asynchronous architectures.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, build, and maintain frontend and backend services for the internal AdTech platform.
    • Develop Angular (v12+) applications with TypeScript, using reactive patterns (RxJS, Angular Material, reactive forms).
    • Implement and optimize state management and change detection for high-performance UI.
    • Build and maintain Node.js microservices with TypeScript and RESTful APIs.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer 
    • Experience with Node.js, Angular (v12+), and TypeScript in production environments
    • Strong knowledge of RxJS, Angular Material, and reactive forms
