We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team.

You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and negotiations to deal closure and client handover. The ideal candidate has a strong commercial mindset, experience in marketing or digital services, and thrives in a performance-driven environment where initiative and integrity go hand in hand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing, and handover to the account team.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure clear visibility of the sales funnel.
• Monitor deal progress, SLAs, and contract execution.
• Collaborate with the account and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
• Expand the active client base and build a healthy, predictable sales pipeline.
• Increase deal volume and overall profitability per client.

• Contribute to sustainable revenue growth through long-term client retention.

   

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in marketing, SaaS, or digital services.
• Proven record of managing end-to-end sales processes.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator, or similar).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, organization, and accountability.
• Fluent English (B2+); Polish, Czech, or Ukrainian is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Research potential leads through Google, LinkedIn, databases, and market research
• Identify, contact, and engage new clients in verticals such as e-commerce, startups, mobile apps, gaming, and agencies
• Deliver presentations and conduct negotiations (online and offline)
• Prepare commercial proposals and participate in tenders

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain frontend and backend services for the internal AdTech platform.
• Develop Angular (v12+) applications with TypeScript, using reactive patterns (RxJS, Angular Material, reactive forms).
• Implement and optimize state management and change detection for high-performance UI.
• Build and maintain Node.js microservices with TypeScript and RESTful APIs.
• Work with PostgreSQL (TypeORM) and Firestore (NoSQL) for data modeling and storage.
• Implement asynchronous patterns, error handling, and background data processing.
• Integrate with Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Cloud Functions, Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Secret Manager.
• Utilize Redis caching, message queues (RabbitMQ / Pub/Sub), and efficient pagination/filtering for large datasets.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and QA teams to deliver robust, scalable AdTech solutions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer 
• Experience with Node.js, Angular (v12+), and TypeScript in production environments
• Strong knowledge of RxJS, Angular Material, and reactive forms
• Experience with state management and change detection optimization
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL (TypeORM) and Firestore (NoSQL)
• Understanding of asynchronous patterns and error handling
• Experience deploying and managing Cloud Functions (triggers, logs, monitoring)
• Knowledge of Firestore queries, indexing, and data modeling
• Familiarity with Cloud Storage and Secret Manager
• Docker basics for local development and testing
• Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ or Pub/Sub)
• Redis caching and session management
• Handling large datasets (pagination, filtering, sorting)

Nice to Have

• Experience with ad platform APIs (TikTok Business API, Facebook Graph API, Google Ads API)
• Working knowledge of BigQuery for analytics and data aggregation
• Experience building worker pools and parallel processing pipelines
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation

As Head of Sales, you will lead the development and execution of SBC Performance’s global sales strategy across multiple verticals. You’ll be responsible for building scalable processes, leading a motivated team of Sales Managers, and driving predictable revenue growth through data-driven pipeline management and client retention initiatives.

This role requires both strategic vision and operational excellence, someone who can design systems, manage performance, and inspire a team to consistently exceed targets in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Process Management

• Lead and manage the Sales Department (3–4 Sales Managers), providing structure, mentorship, and accountability.
• Audit and optimize existing sales funnels, identifying bottlenecks and standardizing processes across the team.
• Implement and maintain CRM systems (HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator, custom CRM) with clear funnel stages and real-time reporting.
• Introduce and oversee KPI frameworks for leads, contacts, conversions, and up-sales to ensure consistent performance.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and revenue reports, ensuring transparency and predictability in results.

Growth & Performance

• Establish a unified sales process with measurable outcomes and conversion benchmarks.
• Ensure monthly revenue stability and predictability through structured pipeline management.
• Drive up-sell and retention strategies to increase client lifetime value (LTV).
• Expand the partner network and maintain a standardized sales pipeline for new business growth.
• Launch and monitor performance rituals — weekly pipeline reviews, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and team retrospectives.

Team Leadership

• Inspire and coach a team of high-performing Sales Managers to consistently achieve ≥90% of quota.
• Foster a culture of accountability, proactivity, and continuous improvement.
• Create motivation systems and clear career growth paths within the sales organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in marketing, digital, or tech environments.
• Proven ability to build and scale structured sales processes and CRM-driven reporting.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or equivalent CRM tools.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience in forecasting, KPI management, and performance analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven, ambitious, and ethical, with a “lead by example” mindset.
• Experience in Big 6 agencies (GroupM, Omnicom, Publicis, Dentsu, Havas, IPG) will be a strong advantage.
• Fluent English (B2+); Polish, Czech, or Ukrainian is a plus.
