    Right now, we’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our Performance Team to help us launch, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok platforms to drive performance and achieve ROI goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Focus on launching and scaling campaigns across the Meta, TikTok platforms
    • Meet KPIs for traffic from our partners
    • Analyzing quality reports to make adjustments in ad campaigns
    • Testing different variations of funnels

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist or User Acquisition Manager
    • Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Meta, TikTok
    • Successful cases of launching App campaigns on Mobile platforms, setting up tracking and attribution via SKAd Network
    • Experience with Web2App funnels
    • Proven track record of handling high-budget ad accounts
    • A deep understanding of marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC, Churn, Retention) and their connection to the company's financial performance
    • Hands-on experience creating ad copy and collaborating on visual content (text and graphics)
    • Familiarity with listicles and crafting product landing pages that drive sales
    • Ability to work independently to achieve pre-defined goals in a high-paced environment

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for web & mobile educational platforms, including online personality & soft skills tests and AI learning & automation tools
    • Analyze market trends, user behavior, and feedback to identify growth opportunities
