We’re looking for a hands-on developer — someone who can dive into the codebase, ship features, and improve both backend and frontend systems with a sense of ownership and speed.
You’ll work across the stack: from designing APIs and database schemas to building React-based interfaces and improving user experience.

What You’ll Do• Build and maintain scalable backend systems.
• Design APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Optimize database structure, queries, and indexing.
• Build modern user interfaces with React and Next.js.
• Ensure smooth interaction between frontend and backend.
• Participate in infrastructure, deployment, and CI/CD processes.
• Work with caching, asynchronous flows, and high-load scenarios.
• Follow best practices in engineering, security, and code quality.
What We Expect
- 6+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and frameworks like Express, NestJS, or Koa.
- Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar).
- Deep knowledge of React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Basic understanding of DevOps, containerization, and Docker.
- Experience with NATS, Redis, or Kafka is a plus, not a requirement.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, caching, async processing, and common auth methods (JWT, OAuth).
- Awareness of web security best practices (OWASP, data protection).
- Startup mindset — you write code, move fast, and deliver impact.
