About the Role

We are looking for a driven and creative Influencer Marketing Manager to lead partnerships with YouTubers and streamers in the gaming space. Your primary focus will be identifying, onboarding, and managing content creators across platforms like YouTube, Twitch, and Kick to promote our CS2 (Counter-Strike 2) gaming projects.
You will play a key role in expanding our reach within the gaming community by building strong, long-term relationships with creators and ensuring high-performing collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Identify and source relevant YouTubers, Twitch streamers, and Kick streamers
• Generate and qualify partnership leads aligned with our target audience
• Reach out, negotiate, and onboard creators for collaborations
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns for CS2-related projects
• Coordinate campaign deliverables (streams, videos, social posts, etc.)
• Manage ongoing relationships with creators to maximize retention and performance
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (ROI, engagement, conversions)
• Stay up to date with gaming trends, especially within the CS2 ecosystem
• Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams

Requirements
 

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or creator management
• Strong understanding of the gaming industry (CS2 knowledge is a big plus)
• Existing network of gaming creators (YouTube, Twitch, Kick, etc.) is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking campaign performance
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Nice to Have
 

• Experience working with esports or FPS titles
• Familiarity with affiliate or performance-based campaigns
• Basic knowledge of streaming platforms and content metrics
• Passion for gaming and online communities
