    Job Description

    • Develop and implement an automation strategy across core HR processes:
      • Recruitment, onboarding, performance, compensation, internal requests, adaptation, offboarding, etc.
    • Optimize internal HR workflows using RPA, AI/ML, and no-code/low-code tools
    • Select, implement, and customize HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, TMS)
    • Research and integrate AI-based solutions for:
      • Analytics, budgeting, workload planning, and forecasting
    • Build a scalable and user-friendly HR tech architecture:
      • Integrations, automated flows, and centralized data
    • Test and launch MVPs based on HR team needs and iterate quickly

    • Collaborate with IT, finance, legal, and other departments to ensure seamless end-to-end processes

     

    Qualifications

     

    • 4+ years of experience in HR Tech / HR Automation / HR Operations
    • Proven track record in implementing and optimizing HR systems such as:
      • Workday, HiBob, Personio, BambooHR, Deel, Rippling, or similar platforms
    • Hands-on experience with no-code tools:
      • Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, Slack workflows, etc.
    • Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations
    • Experience working with or implementing AI/ML-based tools
    • Strong understanding of the full HR lifecycle — from hiring to compensation
    • English level: Upper-Intermediate+ (spoken and written)

    Nice to Have

    • Experience customizing HRIS / ATS / LMS systems
    • Implementation of chatbots or digital assistants for employee support
    • Experience building centralized dashboards using AI or BI tools
    • Involvement in automated budgeting and headcount planning

    We are looking for a Middle CRM Manager to join our team. Your main responsibilities will be:

    • Setting up promotions in the CRM system;
    • Collecting data on the results of completed promotions;
    • Evaluating the effectiveness of promotions and suggesting improvements;
    • Creating layouts for promotional emails, SMS, and messages;
    • Communicating with clients through various channels to inform them about new promotions and bonuses;
    • Developing new promotions and bonus programs to attract and retain clients;
    • Collaborating with the team to analyze customer needs and market trends;
    • Participating in the implementation of changes to improve customer satisfaction;
    • Assigning tasks to the copywriting team;
    • Supporting the technical team in resolving promotion-related issues.

    • Experience in the gambling industry.
       

    Qualifications

    • At least 1.5 years of experience in a similar role;
    • Experience in developing new bonus strategies;
    • Strong attention to detail and diligence;
    • Analytical skills and the ability to work with data;
    • Creativity and the ability to generate new ideas;
    • Proficiency in English (B1 level or higher).
