We are looking for a YouTube Producer to join our team!
Requirements:
- 1–2+ years of experience as a YouTube producer or content manager;
- Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms (SEO, CTR, retention, monetization);
- Experience managing full production cycle: concept, scripting, filming, editing, publishing;
- Ability to coordinate teams (scriptwriters, editors, designers);
- Skilled in content planning and analytics via YouTube Studio.
Will be plus:
- Experience working with creators, influencers, or media personalities;
- Track record of successful YouTube projects with audience growth;
- Strong grasp of trends, storytelling, and format innovation;
- Basic production/editing knowledge (for quality control).
Responsibilities:
- Own content production from concept to release;
- Build and maintain a content calendar;
- Source topics, trends, and guests;
- Manage shoots, team coordination, timelines, and deliverables;
- Oversee editing, thumbnails, metadata, and SEO;
- Analyze performance and adjust strategy accordingly;
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and community teams.
