Conduct manual exploratory testing of web-based interfaces, streaming flows, and integrations β validating functionality, UX, performance, and edge cases
Test adaptive video delivery mechanisms, including bitrate switching, buffering behavior, and CDN fallback scenarios
Validate integrations with third-party services and external APIs, ensuring accurate data ingestion and consistent performance
Perform REST API, WebSocket, and Webhook testing using tools like Postman, Curl, or custom scripts
Run performance/load testing of streaming backends and APIs using tools like Locust, JMeter, or k6; simulate real-world traffic scenarios and analyze system stability
Debug and analyze network calls and media stream behavior using browser DevTools, player logs, and protocol traces
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to align QA strategy with evolving product requirements
Document and track issues clearly, providing reproducible steps, technical context, and priority indicators
Continuously improve test processes β introduce automation in CI/CD pipelines, reduce regression time, and increase coverage across critical paths
Participate in all Agile ceremonies, contributing QA insights during planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives
