Основні вимоги:

• Готовність працювати з google sheets, .xlsx,  фінансовими документами та здійснювати взаємодію з контрагентами;
• Впевнений користувач Microsoft Excel та інших програмних пакетів Microsoft Office;
• Досвід роботи з CRM-системами та Jira;
• Попередній досвід роботи на фінансовій посаді в банківській, страховій сфері чи медіабаїнгу - вітається;
• Здатність швидко навчатися та адаптуватися до змін;
• Висока уважність до деталей та відмінні організаційні навички;
• Володіння англійською мовою на хорошому розмовному рівні (B1 або вище);
• Високі комунікативні здібності та націленість на результат.

Додаткові вимоги:

• Вміння працювати в команді;
• Знання основ бухгалтерського обліку та фінансового аналізу;
• Вміння працювати в умовах багатозадачності та дотримуватися встановлених дедлайнів;
• Наявність стабільного інтернету є важливою необхідністю для виконання робочих завдань.

Обов'язки:
- Виконання процесингових фінансових операцій, включаючи звірку з партнерами щодо наданих послуг та формування підсумкових результатів;
- Формування та виставлення рахунків для партнерів проектів;
- Щоденне відображення нарахованих доходів в СRM;
- Участь в автоматизації фінансових процесів;
- Підготовка даних для формування пакету управлінської звітності;
- Участь у фінансових проектах та виконання інших завдань від
керівництва, пов'язаних з фінансовим аналізом.

• Робочий графік з 10:00 до 19:00;

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to strengthen client relationships and support business growth

Requirements:

• At least 3 months of experience in B2B sales (preferably in FinTech)

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Experience in direct/active sales

• Experience in preparing commercial proposals

• Strong planning and objection-handling skills

• Experience working with service contracts

• Analytical mindset with forecasting ability

• Ability to process large volumes of data with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in FinTech, IT, Cryptocurrency, or Blockchain

• Experience in selling payment solutions or working with payment systems

• Previous experience as an Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners

• Identify client needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities

• Execute and follow through on sales strategies

• Prepare and manage documentation (contracts, invoices, commercial proposals)

• Monitor and analyze client portfolios and performance metrics

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service quality

• Participate in industry-related events and conferences (online and offline)

PayAdmit is looking for a Fintech Support Manager to join our team!

Essential professional and personal skills:

- Working experience at the same position in Fintech 1+ years;

- Processing of incoming requests in the mode of chats and mail (b2c/b2b);

- Monitoring the work of key clients and internal services;

- Strong knowledge of fiat/crypto transaction flow

- Experience in JIRA and Confluence service would be a plus;

- High responsibility and ability to accomplish tasks, result-oriented, multitasking, energetic;

- English at least Intermediate.

Responsibilities:

- Handling B2C/B2B requests from partners/clients.

- Solving issues with customers’ exchanges.

- Reserve rebalancing.

- Transactional monitoring in the back office.

- Rate adjustment under the control of financial manager/team lead.

- Working with negative reviews on exchange monitoring websites.

Working conditions:

- Work schedule 10:00 - 19:00
