This role focuses on building a strong partner channel that attracts B2B clients to our software products and grows into an independent revenue stream

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B sales or partnerships (FinTech/iGaming preferred)

• Understanding of agent and commission-based business models

• Strong partnership negotiation skills

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in FinTech, IT, Cryptocurrency, or Blockchain

• Existing network of relevant industry contacts

• Experience working with PSPs, white-label providers, or within the gambling ecosystem

• Previous experience on a similar role

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract B2B agents (iGaming consultants, PSP brokers, affiliate brokers, white-label sellers)

• Conduct partnership negotiations

• Sign agent agreements

• Maintain regular communication with agents

• Provide product training and updates

• Share latest commercial offers

• Monitor lead quality and conversion performance

• Transfer qualified leads to the sales team

• Maintain a registry of agent-driven clients

• Approve and coordinate commission payouts

• Expand the agent network into new geographies

Essential professional and personal skills:

- Working experience at the same position in Fintech 1+ years;

- Processing of incoming requests in the mode of chats and mail (b2c/b2b);

- Monitoring the work of key clients and internal services;

- Strong knowledge of fiat/crypto transaction flow

- Experience in JIRA and Confluence service would be a plus;

- High responsibility and ability to accomplish tasks, result-oriented, multitasking, energetic;

- English at least Intermediate.

Responsibilities:

- Handling B2C/B2B requests from partners/clients.

- Solving issues with customers’ exchanges.

- Reserve rebalancing.

• Проводити технічні SEO-аудити сайтів.
• Працювати з індексацією в Google, підвищенням DR, генерацією трафіку.
• Збирати й кластеризувати семантику, кластеризувати ключові слова на сторінки.
• Готувати SEO-ТЗ для райтера або ШІ-моделей.
• Контролювати якість контенту: on-page SEO, структуру, внутрішню перелінковку.
• Покращувати E-E-A-T/YMYL-фактори: авторство, сторінки команди, schema-розмітка.
• Підбирати лінкбілдинг-донорів, оцінювати їх якість, формувати ТЗ вебмайстрам, контролювати розміщення, комунікувати з підрядниками та вести звітність.
• В перспективі вести SEO для виділених сайтів під ключ (під менторством хеда): план → реалізація → звітність.
• Слідкувати за позиціями, проводити конкурентний аналіз у ніші.
• Презентувати результати та метрики для керівництва.
• Взаємодіяти з командами маркетингу, контенту, продажів та розробки.
• Використовувати ШІ для прискорення рутини.
• Бути готовим до «вайбкодингу з SEO»: невеликі оптимізовані сайти з Cursor & Claude.

Вимоги: 

• AI-first, мультипроєктність
• 2+ роки практичного SEO (технічне + контентне).
• Розуміння роботи пошукових систем Google.
• Впевнена робота з Google Search Console, GA4.
• Практика з краулерами (Screaming Frog чи аналоги).
• Досвід створення SEO-ТЗ для копірайтерів та розробників, 
• Досвід роботи з Jira (або аналом).
• Впевнена робота з linkbuilding/outreach (quality factors).
• Впевнена робота з Google Sheets / Excel (формули, pivot tables).
• Досвід використання AI-інструментів (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor) для оптимізації SEO-процесів.
• Самостійність: вмієш "взяти проєкт і довести до результату".
• Аналітичний склад розуму, проактивність, ініціативність.
• Бажання навчатись та розвиватись.

Буде плюсом: 

• Досвід роботи з буржом, мультимовністю, hreflangs.
• Базове розуміння HTML/CSS/JS, Cloudflare
• Базові навички Python/NodeJS для автоматизації SEO-процесів.
• Досвід роботи з дропами, PBN.
• Англійська B1 (письмово)
