Business Development Manager at Paydmit grows the business by identifying new markets and partners, building a strong sales pipeline, and turning opportunities into lasting commercial relationships 

The role works closely with product, compliance, and marketing to make sure proposed partnerships are commercially viable and can be delivered successfully.

Requirements:

• Experience in business development, partnerships, sales or a related commercial role

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Ability to identify opportunities, prioritize leads and manage a sales pipeline

• Commercial awareness and confidence working with targets and forecasts

• Proficiency with CRM and standard productivity tools

• At least 6 months experience in payments, fintech, financial services or iGaning is an advantage

• Ability to process large volumes of data with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in FinTech, iGaming, IT, Crypto

• Experience in payment solutions or working with payment systems

• Previous experience on a similar role

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify prospective customers, partners and new business opportunities

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospects, from first outreach through negotiation and signed agreement

• Develop relationships with decision-makers and understand their business needs.

• Present companies products and services, tailoring proposals to each prospect

• Lead commercial discussions, negotiate terms and coordinate contracts with internal teams.

• Research markets, competitors and industry trends to inform growth plans

• Work with product and technical teams to assess partner requirements and support onboarding

• Coordinate with compliance, legal, finance and operations on due diligence and partnership readiness

• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activity records in the CRM

• Track partnership performance and identify opportunities to improve retention, revenue, and expansion

• Represent company at relevant industry events and build a network of prospective partners

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners

• English level B2+;

• Experience in a direct\active sales;

• Experience in negotiating and business correspondence with clients;

• Experience in writing business proposals;

• Ability to plan sales and work with objections;

• Execution of supply contracts for services;

• Ability to think analytically and predict;

• Ability to work with a large amount of data;

• Attention to each detail;

Will be a plus:

- Experience in Fintech, IT, Cryptocurrency, and Blockchain fields;

- Sales of payment channels, experience in payment systems;

- Experience as an Account Manager;

- Experience in sourcing new payment providers.

Duties:

- Participation in thematic events and conferences (online, offline);

- Managing relationships with customers and partners, including identifying customer needs and problems, organizing communication and interaction, and supporting customer satisfaction;

- Searching for new clients and partners, working with potential clients, and promoting the company's products or services;

- Researching the market and competitors, identifying potential opportunities to improve the product;

- Implementation of sales strategy;

- Working with documents including contracts, invoices, CPs, and other documentation;

- Analyzing client portfolio and reporting, monitoring client activity;

- Communicating with other company departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ваші задачі:

• Проєктування та підтримка інфраструктури як коду для нових та існуючих сервісів;
• Онбординг нових клієнтів — за встановленим runbook-процесом;
• Підтримка та розвиток EKS-кластерів, включно з діагностикою на рівні нод, мережі;
• Розвиток GitOps-пайплайнів на GitLab CI;
• Побудова та підтримка observability: дашборди в Grafana, алерти, SLO/error budget для критичних сервісів;
• Участь у чергуванні (on-call), реагування на інциденти за встановленими playbook, участь у post-incident review;
• Впровадження практик zero-trust і least privilege, підтримка compliance evidence (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
  
  Очікуємо від вас:
• 5+ роки досвіду на посаді DevOps / SRE інженера;
• Досвід роботи з Oracle Linux та Oracle Database;
• Практичний досвід з Kubernetes у продакшені (2+ роки)
• Практичний досвід з Pulumi або Terraform (IaC mindset)
• Практичний досвід побудови мікросервісної архітектури;
• Розуміння GitOps-підходу та досвід з CI/CD (GitLab CI — плюс);
• Досвід налаштування observability (Grafana + будь-який LGTM-подібний стек);
• Розуміння принципів zero-trust та least privilege на практиці;
• Готовність до чергування (on-call) і відповідальність за стабільність продакшену;
• Глибоке розуміння принципів хмарної інфраструктури (AWS) та побудови автомасштабованих рішень;
• Орієнтація на результат, надійність і безпеку роботи платіжного рішення.
  
  Буде перевагою:
• Робота з нашим стеком буде плюсом: Java, Envoy Gateway, Twingate, Redis, Grafana, Mimir, Alloy, Loki, OpenSearch;
• Досвід у fintech / платіжних системах;
• Розуміння специфіки високонавантажених сервісів та принципів проходження платіжних транзакцій;
• Досвід з Cloudflare (WAF, DNS, Workers)
• Досвід з progressive delivery (Argo Rollouts, Kargo, Flagger)
• TypeScript на рівні написання Pulumi-компонентів
• Знання вимог PCI DSS, ISO/IEC 27001 - is a plus.
