Account Manager
PayAdmit is an international FinTech company specializing in payment orchestration and comprehensive B2B payment solutions
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to strengthen client relationships and support business growth
Requirements:
β’ At least 3 months of experience in B2B sales (preferably in FinTech)
β’ English proficiency at B2 level or higher
β’ Experience in direct/active sales
β’ Experience in preparing commercial proposals
β’ Strong planning and objection-handling skills
β’ Experience working with service contracts
β’ Analytical mindset with forecasting ability
β’ Ability to process large volumes of data with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Background in FinTech, IT, Cryptocurrency, or Blockchain
β’ Experience in selling payment solutions or working with payment systems
β’ Previous experience as an Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
β’ Identify client needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction
β’ Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
β’ Execute and follow through on sales strategies
β’ Prepare and manage documentation (contracts, invoices, commercial proposals)
β’ Monitor and analyze client portfolios and performance metrics
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service quality
β’ Participate in industry-related events and conferences (online and offline)
Working Conditions:
β’ Full-time position: MondayβFriday, 10:00 AM β 7:00 PM
