As we continue expanding globally, we are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving commercial growth across international markets.

This is an individual contributor role focused on building long-term relationships with merchants, PSPs, banks, financial institutions, technology partners, and enterprise clients. You will work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to help expand the company’s presence and commercial footprint.

Role Mission

Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities into long-term partnerships while supporting the company’s international growth strategy and strengthening its position within the payments ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with merchants, PSPs, banks, acquirers, payment providers, and technology partners.
• Manage the full business development cycle from prospecting to contract signing and handover.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new commercial opportunities.
• Generate and qualify a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and partners.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and presentations with potential partners.
• Prepare commercial proposals, business cases, and partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Support teams to ensure successful partner onboarding.
• Coordinate new client and partner integrations with internal stakeholders.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and business meetings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and commercial forecasts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the payments industry.
• Build long-term relationships with strategic accounts and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Provide regular commercial updates and market insights to the leadership team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or Account Management.
• Experience working within FinTech, Payments, Banking, SaaS, iGaming, or E-commerce.
• Proven experience managing complex B2B sales cycles.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and strategic partners.
• Good understanding of payment processing, acquiring, PSPs, banking infrastructure, or financial services.
• Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Fluent English.

• Translate client feedback and market demand into actionable recommendations for Product and Operations teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
• Support expansion into new markets and development of new revenue channels.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team.
• Provide transparent commercial reporting and actionable recommendations to the executive team.
• Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, client meetings, and partnership discussions.

Requirements
 

• 7+ years of experience in Commercial, Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, or related functions.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership position such as Commercial Director, Head of Sales, Head of Business Development, Sales Director, CBDO, or equivalent.
• Proven track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth.
• Strong experience building and scaling B2B sales organizations and commercial processes.
• Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles from lead generation through negotiation and closing.
• Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, revenue planning, and commercial performance.
• Experience establishing sales KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance management systems.
• Strong experience in enterprise negotiations and strategic partnership development.
• Ability to identify new commercial opportunities, markets, customer segments, and revenue channels.
• Strong understanding of pricing, commercial models, conversion funnels, and account growth.
• Experience working with international clients and markets.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to make decisions based on commercial data.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.

What We Are Looking For
We are not looking for a Commercial Director who focuses only on managing reports, existing clients, or supervising a sales team.
We are looking for a commercial builder who can create structure, improve sales execution, build a predictable pipeline, develop strategic partnerships, and take real ownership of revenue performance.
The ideal candidate understands complex B2B sales, can confidently lead negotiations with senior decision-makers, works comfortably with numbers and commercial metrics, and is equally capable of developing strategy and getting directly involved in critical deals.
Experience within the FinTech and Payments ecosystem — including working with merchants, PSPs, financial institutions, payment providers, or other B2B financial services — will be a significant advantage.

Водночас ця роль не обмежуватиметься лише фінансами. Data Analyst буде допомагати іншим департаментам і компаніям холдингу працювати з даними, знаходити потрібні інсайти, будувати звітність та покращувати аналітичні процеси.
 

Обов’язки:

• Збір, обробка, структурування та аналіз даних із різних джерел;
• Підготовка регулярної та ad-hoc аналітики для фінансового департаменту;
• Аналіз ключових фінансових та операційних показників компаній холдингу;
• Розробка та автоматизація звітів і дашбордів для моніторингу ключових KPI;
• Допомога в побудові та вдосконаленні управлінської звітності;
• Перевірка якості та консистентності даних, пошук причин розбіжностей;
• Проведення аудиту існуючих звітів, моделей та аналітичних процесів, надання рекомендацій щодо їх оптимізації;
• Підтримка інших департаментів холдингу в аналітичних задачах: формування метрик, підготовка вибірок, аналіз результатів та пошук інсайтів;
• Автоматизація ручних процесів збору, обробки та підготовки даних;
• Підготовка аналітичних матеріалів для менеджменту та допомога в інтерпретації даних для прийняття бізнес-рішень;
• Взаємодія з фінансовою командою, менеджментом та іншими департаментами холдингу.
   

Вимоги:

• Досвід роботи на позиції Data Analyst або в суміжній аналітичній ролі;
• Впевнене володіння SQL та досвід роботи з великими масивами даних;
• Сильні навички роботи з Excel / Google Sheets;
• Досвід роботи з BI-інструментами та побудови дашбордів;
• Розуміння основних фінансових та бізнес-показників буде значною перевагою;
• Вміння не просто підготувати дані, а знайти в них закономірності, пояснити результат та сформулювати висновки для бізнесу;
• Системне та аналітичне мислення, уважність до деталей;
• Вміння працювати одночасно з декількома задачами та різними внутрішніми замовниками;
• Хороші комунікативні навички та здатність зрозуміло пояснювати складні речі мовою бізнесу.

• Досвід роботи з фінансовою або управлінською аналітикою;
• Розуміння P&L, Cash Flow, бюджетування та план-факт аналізу;
