Graphic & Motion Designer — Marketing & Social Media

Part Time Position
 

We are seeking an experienced Graphic and Motion Designer to support several brands within our portfolio.
 

You will work directly with our Marketing Manager to turn written content, industry insights, statistics, campaigns, and company updates into professional, brand-specific visual content. This is a marketing design role and does not involve product design, software interfaces, or application UI/UX.
 

Responsibilities

• Create graphics for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms
• Develop unique, consistent visual content for each brand
• Design infographics, thought-leadership posts, carousels, and promotional content
• Create PDFs, internal presentations, sales materials, and marketing collateral as needed
• Produce light motion graphics, animated posts, and short-form visual content
• Resize and adapt designs across multiple platforms and formats
• Maintain brand consistency across all content
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager on ongoing content requests and campaigns
• Use AI design tools when appropriate to improve creativity and efficiency
   

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools
• Basic to intermediate motion design experience using After Effects or similar software
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and social media design
• Ability to take written content or a general concept and develop a polished visual asset
• Ability to manage ongoing requests across multiple brands
   

Preferred Experience

Experience designing for one or more of the following industries is preferred:

• Fintech
• Financial services
• Lending or banking
• SaaS
• B2B technology
