    Lynksen specializes in building modern, high-performance digital products for global clients. We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join a senior cross-functional team and help scale an AI-driven platform in the RV retail industry.
     

    The project focuses on customized AI agents and AI-driven commercial experiences for various sectors, including motorboats, recreational vehicles (RVs), and other similar vehicles. These are commercial shopping experiences powered by AI agents.

    You’ll be joining a highly experienced team: Engineering Lead, Senior Product Designer, and three Senior Developers (AI, Backend, Frontend). 
    The MVP is already in place — the team is now focused on scaling the platform, enhancing internal tools, evolving UX patterns, and validating new product features through research and discovery.

    Requirements:
    ✦ 5+ years of experience in product management — with a focus on platform products, infrastructure, or developer tools;
    ✦ Proven experience in AI startups or highly technical product teams;
    ✦ Track record of building tools and systems used primarily by internal technical teams;
    ✦ Strong collaboration experience with designers, particularly in UX discovery and concept validation;
    ✦ Familiarity with repeatable UX/product development processes;
    ✦ Solid technical fluency — able to actively contribute to conversations on architecture and system design;
    ✦ Systems thinking and a strong sense of product-wide impact when designing changes;
    ✦ Skilled in stakeholder management and influencing without direct authority;
    Fluent English (C1+) is must have;
    ✦ Data-driven mindset with experience in platform metrics and outcomes tracking.

    Responsibilities:
    ✦ Define and own the platform strategy to improve client onboarding and internal workflows;
    ✦ Partner closely with engineering, design, and product to identify user needs and system gaps;
    ✦ Collaborate tightly with the Senior Product Designer on discovery, validation of concepts, and UX iteration;
    ✦ Define and measure platform KPIs and success metrics;
    ✦ Anticipate scaling bottlenecks and proactively design product and process solutions;
    ✦ Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to high-level technical planning;
    ✦ Create clear documentation and scalable internal processes to support cross-team collaboration.

    What you'll be doing:
