We're looking for a BA/PM to join our team and work across a mix of product and creative projects with US and European clients.

About the role
You'll own the full project lifecycle - from requirements gathering and discovery to delivery and client communication. Our projects range from product-focused work (SaaS, marketplaces, digital tools) to creative and branding initiatives. The split shifts depending on what's live, so you need to be comfortable in both worlds.
You'll also manage the people on your projects - not just tasks, but the full cycle: performance, feedback, the conversations when something's off.
This role lives at the intersection of PM and BA - you'll need both the strategic thinking and the hands-on execution. 

Responsibilities:

✦ Run discovery: gather and validate requirements, build user scenarios, work with wireframes/Figma, and support the development of company product services

✦ Own backlog management, feature prioritization, sprint planning, and change requests

✦ Formulate project documentation: SRS, DoD, RACI, roadmap, supplementary artifacts, and diagrams

✦ Lead client communication with US/EU accounts, push back when needed, participate in pre-sales, and spot upsell opportunities

✦ Coordinate budgets, billing cadence, weekly client invoices, resource planning, and financial forecasting for client portfolios

✦ Manage designers and developers on your projects across the full employee lifecycle

✦ Build AI/automations and custom dashboards in PM tools (ClickUp, etc.) to replace manual tasks

✦ Contribute to audits and R&D initiatives
 

What we're looking for

✦ 3+ years in PM, BA, or a hybrid role across at least 2 companies on market-facing products

✦ Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and hands-on experience with wireframes and Figma

✦ Metrics mindset: experience defining KPIs, analyzing product data, and driving business decisions

✦ Proven track record in budget planning, forecasting, portfolio billing, and capacity coordination

✦ Ability to automate PM systems (ClickUp etc.) and build dashboards instead of managing processes manually

✦ Strong English (C1 minimum) with an American communication style: direct, proactive, no passive updates

✦ Full lifecycle people management experience and a commercial mindset

✦ Flexibility to navigate different project types and collaborate across multiple product teams simultaneously

As a Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our brand presence across digital channels, creating engaging content, and helping us grow through strategic communications and marketing initiatives.

What you'll be doing:
✦ Create and publish content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (posts, visuals, and short videos).
✦ Manage the company’s LinkedIn page and support CEO content (drafts, repurposing, idea generation).
✦ Collaborate closely with the Project Management, Design, and Sales teams to create marketing assets.
✦ Develop brand strategy and support brand direction initiatives.
✦ Monitor engagement, respond to basic interactions, and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
✦ Track marketing performance weekly and monthly (Website, MQL, social metrics).
✦ Update website content — including service pages, blog posts, team bios, and career sections.
✦ Create and maintain marketing materials like pitch decks, case studies, portfolios, and one-pagers.
✦ Support the sales team with service PDFs, presentations, and marketing collateral.

Requirements:

✦ Basic social media management – especially LinkedIn: planning, posting, engagement.
✦ Content creation skills – writing posts, creating visuals and short videos.
✦ Understanding of website content and basic SEO principles.
✦ Basic design skills – experience with Canva or Figma.
✦ Research skills – competitors, media outlets, potential partners.

Lynksen is looking for an SDR & Partnerships Manager to help grow our outbound pipeline and develop relationships with potential partners and clients worldwide.
This role focuses on outreach, lead qualification, and partnership development.

✦ Own and manage the outbound pipeline for client acquisition and partnership development
✦ Identify and research potential clients and partners based on the company’s ICP
✦ Build and maintain a qualified pipeline using LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, and other lead databases
✦ Launch and manage LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns
✦ Identify decision-makers, initiate conversations, and qualify leads
✦ Convert outreach into intro calls with the sales team and conduct discovery calls with potential partners
✦ Develop and nurture relationships with partners, exploring referrals, collaborations, and co-marketing initiatives
✦ Maintain structured follow-ups, keep records in HubSpot CRM, and provide regular pipeline updates

Requirements:
