Core Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Standardize and own the Incident Management Platform (Jira Service Management) across production fleets.
• Build out fleet management and task automation for 24/7 remote operations.
• Own and customize the data-driven observability layer via Grafana across all tech teams.
• Automate incident workflows using AI-assisted ops tooling (runbooks/assignment).

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in fast-moving hardware, robotics, or IoT fleet environments.
• Deep experience with Grafana dashboarding pipelines.
• AI-Ops or automated runbook experience.

Project Overview
We are looking for an experienced Zoho developer to join a long-term client project for a European beverage wholesaler.
The client operates its day-to-day business using Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory, with a strong focus on automation and continuous process improvement.
This is an ongoing cooperation rather than a one-time implementation. Tasks will be provided incrementally, estimated individually, and delivered in close collaboration with the client.

Expected Responsibilities
* Develop custom business automations in Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory
* Create and maintain Deluge scripts
* Implement workflows and business rules
* Build integrations using Zoho APIs and webhooks
* Investigate and resolve issues in existing automations
* Analyze current business processes and suggest automation improvements where appropriate

Required Experience
* Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Books
* Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Inventory
* Solid Deluge scripting skills
* Experience working with Zoho REST APIs
* Experience with webhooks and workflow automation
* Ability to estimate tasks independently
* Good English communication

Experience with one or more of:

This is not a Staff Engineer role. Long-term architecture and production hardening are owned by the integration engineering team. Your focus is speed, experimentation, and delivering value quickly.

• Create LLM-powered features such as:

Prototype & Validate

• Apply the right level of engineering rigor for the stage.
• Move fast on experiments and prototypes.
• Know when to improve, hand off, or discard solutions.
• Document successful prototypes for production teams.

AI-First Workflow

• Use AI for coding, debugging, testing, refactoring, and documentation.
• Continuously evaluate new AI development tools.
• Maintain strong judgment over AI-generated output.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience or equivalent portfolio.
• Portfolio of AI-built products shipped within the last 90 days (required).
• Daily use of AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
• Experience with modern web development:
• React, Vue, or similar
• Node.js, Python, or similar
• Databases and APIs
• Vercel, Railway, Supabase, or similar platforms
• Ability to distinguish between prototype-quality and production-ready solutions.

Nice to Have

• PropTech, real estate, or operations-focused product experience.
• Experience moving prototypes into production.
• German language skills.
