AI-Native Full-Stack Builder

We're building an AI-native delivery team that ships working software in days, not quarters.
We're looking for a builder who uses AI coding tools as a default workflow—Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, v0, Lovable, Bolt, or similar—and can quickly turn ideas into working products, validate them with users, and iterate fast.
This is not a Staff Engineer role. Long-term architecture and production hardening are owned by the integration engineering team. Your focus is speed, experimentation, and delivering value quickly.

What You'll Do
Build & Ship

• Build and deploy end-to-end applications using AI-native development tools.
• Work across frontend, backend, databases, and deployment.
• Ship quickly to internal teams, operations, and pilot customers.
• Iterate through rapid build → demo → learn → improve cycles.

AI-Powered Product Development

• Create LLM-powered features such as:
• AI search
• Document processing
• Summarization
• Workflow automation
• Agentic experiences

Prototype & Validate

• Apply the right level of engineering rigor for the stage.
• Move fast on experiments and prototypes.
• Know when to improve, hand off, or discard solutions.
• Document successful prototypes for production teams.

AI-First Workflow

• Use AI for coding, debugging, testing, refactoring, and documentation.
• Continuously evaluate new AI development tools.
• Maintain strong judgment over AI-generated output.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience or equivalent portfolio.
• Portfolio of AI-built products shipped within the last 90 days (required).
• Daily use of AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
• Experience with modern web development:
• React, Vue, or similar
• Node.js, Python, or similar
• Databases and APIs
• Vercel, Railway, Supabase, or similar platforms
• Ability to distinguish between prototype-quality and production-ready solutions.

Nice to Have

• PropTech, real estate, or operations-focused product experience.
• Experience moving prototypes into production.
• German language skills.
