We’re hiring a remote Junior Operations Specialist to support a UK-based business managing residential properties.

This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants to gain real experience in operations, coordination, and working with international clients.

👉 No prior property experience required — full training provided
👉 You’ll work directly with the business owner

What you’ll do:

• communicate with tenants (email/chat);
• coordinate viewings with UK-based agents;
• prepare and organise documents;
• track deadlines (certificates, renewals, tasks);
• coordinate contractors (repairs, maintenance);
• maintain simple financial records (income/expenses);
• support day-to-day operations.

What we’re looking for:

• English B2+ (you’ll improve quickly in the role);
• good organisation and attention to detail;
• ability to manage multiple tasks;
• responsible and reliable;
• willingness to learn and grow;
• basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.
