About the Role

At the first stage, you will focus primarily on React and front-end development: building UI components, integrating APIs, and learning best practices in modern web development.

As you progress, you’ll gradually learn Node.js and transition to fullstack tasks using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).

This internship is perfect for motivated students or recent graduates who want to build a strong foundation in frontend and grow into a fullstack engineer.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain UI components using React
• Assist in building front-end features and integrating REST APIs
• Learn and follow modern development practices (Git, code style, clean code)
• Collaborate with the team on debugging and implementing new features
• Participate in code reviews, standups, and mentorship sessions

• Gradually learn the basics of Node.js to expand into backend tasks

   

Requirements

In this role, you will productionize Data Science models and convert massive volumes of raw imagery into structured, meaningful insights that power our client-facing products. Key Responsibilities

Data Pipeline Development

• Build and optimize ETL pipelines for collecting, cleaning, transforming, and loading large geospatial datasets.

API Development

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable RESTful APIs (FastAPI or AWS Lambda Powertools).

Model Serving

• Collaborate with Data Scientists to containerize, deploy, and maintain models within our Geospatial AI Platform.

Code Quality & Performance

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code; optimize data processing speed and platform latency for large-scale workloads.

System Architecture

• Contribute to the design and evolution of Microservices and Serverless architectures, ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and observability.

Collaboration

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field
• 4+ years of professional experience in Python backend development, especially with data-intensive systems
• Strong expertise in Python 3 and adherence to PEP8
• Solid OOP skills and understanding of SOLID principles
• Proven experience building production-ready APIs (FastAPI or Lambda Powertools)
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: S3, SQS, EC2, API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudFormation/SAM
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
• Strong Linux experience (preferably Ubuntu)
• Knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our Core Team. In this role, you will be a key player in bridging the gap between development and operations, ensuring our systems are scalable, resilient, and automated. You will manage a hybrid environment consisting of AWS Cloud, Digital Ocean services and on-premises servers, leveraging modern GitOps workflows to streamline deployment in Microservices and Serverless architectures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hybrid Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure across AWS and on-premises data centers.
- Automation & IaC: Treat infrastructure as software by using Terraform or CloudFormation to automate resource provisioning and configuration.
- Container Orchestration: Manage and scale containerized applications using Kubernetes, utilizing Rancher for multi-cluster management and visibility.
- GitOps Delivery: Implement and maintain continuous delivery pipelines using ArgoCD to ensure the desired state of our clusters matches our Git repositories.
- CI/CD Pipeline Development: Design and optimize automated build and deployment workflows using GitHub Actions.
-  System Administration: Manage and tune Linux (Ubuntu) environments for performance, security, and reliability.
- Databases: manage database infrastructure, including replicas, backups, point-in-time recovery, monitor database performance and collaborate with developers to optimize queries and indexing strategies.

Required Qualifications:
1. Cloud & Core Infrastructure
- AWS Mastery: Proven experience with core AWS services (EC2, S3, SQS, CloudWatch, RDS, VPC, IAM).
-  Hybrid Experience: Hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting on-premises physical or virtualized servers.
- Linux Expertise: Deep knowledge of Linux administration, with a strong preference for Ubuntu.
2. Orchestration & Continuous Delivery
- Kubernetes & Rancher: Solid experience deploying and managing production-grade K8s clusters.
- ArgoCD & GitOps: Experience implementing GitOps patterns for automated, declarative application deployments.

- CI/CD: Proficiency with Git and GitHub Actions for automating testing and deployment cycles.
3. Automation & Development
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Advanced proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.

- Programming: Strong Python scripting skills for task automation, custom tooling, and interacting with APIs.
4. Modern Architecture
- Architectural Patterns: Deep understanding of Microservices and Serverless (e.g.,AWS Lambda) design principles.
5. Databases
- Relational DBs: Deep experience with PostgreSQL administration (vacuuming,indexing, replication, and backup strategies).
- NoSQL & Cloud Native: Proficiency in AWS DynamoDB, understanding GSIs, LSIs, and TTL configurations.

Preferred/Bonus Qualifications:
-Experience with Workflow Management platforms such as Apache Airflow.
- Experience with monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead a small, high-impact engineering team responsible for our customer-facing web platform, public API, and the internal platform powering our AI model training workflows.

This role combines hands-on engineering, technical ownership, and team leadership, with a strong emphasis on system design, architectural decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

• Lead a team of two Full Stack Engineers and one QA Engineer.
• Provide ongoing mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth sprint execution.
• Maintain high engineering standards, code quality, and delivery velocity.

Technical Ownership

• Own development and maintenance of the customer-facing web application (React + Node.js), external APIs, and the internal AI-training platform.
• Architect, design, and implement backend services using AWS Lambda (serverless) as well as containerized workloads on EC2.
• Oversee performance, scalability, and reliability of Postgres RDS.
• Drive improvements to CI/CD, build pipelines, testing strategy, and infrastructure resiliency.

Ecosystem & Tooling

• Work within a monorepo structure.
• Manage IaC using AWS CloudFormation.
• Maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting pipelines via Coralogix.
• Ensure robust automation with Cypress and Vitest.
• Maintain Docker-based development environments and EC2 deployments.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Partner with Product Managers to transform requirements into actionable technical plans.

• Coordinate with other engineering teams under the CTO to ensure architectural alignment and shared standards.

   

Key Projects You Will Own:

• Customer-facing web platform (React + Node.js + AWS).
• Internal AI model training platform, including all supporting backend services and tooling.
• Modernization, optimization, and scalability initiatives across the entire stack.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with TypeScript across frontend and backend.
• Hands-on expertise with React, Node.js, AWS Lambda, EC2, Docker, and Postgres RDS.
• Proven experience mentoring or leading engineers.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), automated testing, logging, and monitoring.
• Ability to collaborate directly with Product and translate requirements into architecture and execution plans.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of JavaScript/TypeScript experience.

• 1+ year in a Lead Developer or Team Lead role.

   

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with serverless design patterns.
• Experience with performance tuning for Node.js and Postgres.
