📊 Strong Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, reporting from scratch).

📝 Experience in preparing financial reports (not just using automated tools).

🔍 Ability to work with large data sets & detailed reconciliations.

• Set up and manage trigger-based email sequences and broadcast campaigns
• Handle multiple communication channels: Email, SMS, and Push notifications
• Segment users and create targeted audiences
• Develop hypotheses and run A/B tests to optimize campaigns
• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, including Open Rate (OR), Click Rate (CR), and deliverability

• Integrate payment systems into projects.

Твоя мета -забезпечення точності, своєчасності та повноти рознесення виписок з платіжних систем (PSP). Проведення регулярних звірок та контроль за коректністю балансових залишків.

Основні обов’язки:

• Підготовка та захист управлінської звітності (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet).
• Планування та бюджетування.
• Підготовка місячних, квартальних і річних фінансових звітів
• Контроль ПСП.
• Аналіз ефективності витрат і пропозиції по їх зниженню.

• Контроль розрахунку та виплати заробітної плати (ставка + частина KPI).

   

Вимоги до кандидата:

• 3–5 років досвіду роботи у фінансовій сфері.
• Впевнене володіння Excel / Google Docs.
• Досвід обробки великих обсягів даних.
• Досвід роботи з PSP.
• Досвід побудови управлінської звітності.
• Досвід в  менторстві та управління декількома менеджерами.

Кого ми шукаємо:

• Освіта у сфері фінансів, бухгалтерського обліку або аудиту (обов’язково).
• 3+ роки досвіду.
• Англійська —  B1 (письмова).
• Підтверджена експертиза у сфері бюджетування та казначейського управління.
• Впевнене володіння Excel / Google Sheets (зведені таблиці, формули, створення звітів з нуля).
• Досвід самостійної підготовки фінансової звітності (не лише за допомогою автоматизованих інструментів).
• Сильне аналітичне мислення та увага до деталей.

• Уміння працювати з великими масивами даних і виконувати кілька завдань одночасно.
