Intent Solutions Group

About IntentSG
Intent Solutions Group is a Boston-based software engineering and product consultancy founded in 2014. We build dedicated product teams for growing technology companies, working across engineering, QA, DevOps, cloud, AI, GenAI, and application security. We have around 100 people, are profitable, and have grown mostly through relationships with founders and existing clients. Now we want to build a more systematic way to generate new business.

The Role
We’re looking for someone who can build and run our GTM and revenue systems using GenAI, automation, and agents. You’ll work directly with the CEO. The strategy is already defined – including our target customers, key offers, messaging, and tone. What we don’t have yet are the systems, automation, and processes to run it at scale. You’ll build those from the ground up.

As the system starts generating new recurring clients, we’ll grow the team around it – with people focused on automation, data, and GTM operations.

What You’ll Build and Run

• LinkedIn relationship nurture: Build a system around the CEO’s ~4,500 LinkedIn connections. Track relationships, identify relevant triggers such as funding, job changes, posts, or hiring, and suggest the right next action. Humans will review and approve messages before they are sent.

• New pipeline: Build and enrich target lists, research companies and contacts, prepare personalized outreach, and use content to warm up prospects before direct outreach.

• LinkedIn campaigns: Build curated audiences in Campaign Manager, distribute founder content to relevant audiences, and track what performs.

• Content production: Turn calls, interviews, and client stories into LinkedIn posts, case studies, and website content. Use AI to make the process faster while keeping the final content natural and on-brand.

• Reporting: Track the pipeline from initial prospecting through MQL, SQL, and discovery calls, with a focus on actual business results rather than engagement metrics.

What We’re Looking For

• You’ve built and used GenAI or agent-based workflows in real projects – not just used ChatGPT for prompting. This could include n8n or Make workflows, Clay, Claude Code, API-based agents, scheduled jobs, or similar tools.

• Hands-on experience with outbound, nurture, or GTM tools such as Clay, HeyReach, Instantly, or similar, plus experience with a CRM such as Attio, HubSpot, or similar.

• You’re comfortable working with data: cleaning it, combining different sources, analyzing it, and writing a script or query when existing tools aren’t enough.

• You understand B2B marketing and can recognize good outreach and content – as well as when automation is simply creating noise.

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher. Our leadership team and clients are US-based, and you’ll need to review and improve AI-generated content before it goes out.

• You have your own ideas about how GenAI will change GTM over the next 18 months and are comfortable testing ideas, even when they aren’t fully formed yet.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B IT services or software consulting.

• Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and matched or curated audiences.

• Background in engineering, data analysis, RevOps, or a similar technical role with a move toward growth.

How to Apply

Along with your CV, send a short description of one GenAI or automation workflow you’ve built.
Tell us:

• What does it do?

• What triggers it?

• What happens if something goes wrong?

• What result did it produce?

A screen recording or link to a relevant repo is welcome.

What We Offer

• Direct work with the CEO and real ownership of building our GTM and revenue systems from the ground up
• Remote work across Ukraine or Poland, with the option to work from our office in Lviv city centre
• A long-tenured team (average tenure is over 5 years) working on challenging product and engineering projects for US clients
• Daily interaction with native English speakers, providing natural opportunities to use and improve your English
• 18 working days of paid vacation, 10 working days of sick leave, and 11 paid Ukrainian statutory holidays

About the Role

Our client runs a leading browser-based video platform for live streaming, conferences, webinars, and training, supporting thousands of simultaneous viewers. We’re looking for a Senior / AI-Native QA Lead to own QA strategy across the product lifecycle, raise quality standards, mature QA processes, and introduce modern AI-driven testing practices. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design, combining hands-on testing with strategic ownership and helping shape how quality is built into the product.
Responsibilities

• Define and evolve QA strategy across the product lifecycle
• Develop and maintain test plans, cases, and scenarios
• Lead functional, regression, exploratory, and integration testing
• Own the defect lifecycle and quality of bug reporting
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design on requirements and acceptance criteria
• Integrate AI tools and agent-driven approaches into QA workflows to improve efficiency, coverage, and feedback loops
• Define and track QA metrics and quality indicators
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level QA engineers

Requirements

• 6+ years of QA experience with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software
• Strong manual, exploratory, and risk-based testing skills
• Experience developing and implementing QA strategy at a team or product level
• Practical experience applying AI to QA, with examples you can walk us through: the problem, your approach, how you validated the results, and what changed as a result
• Understanding of AI limitations such as hallucinations, inconsistency, and unreliable outputs, with practical approaches to validating AI-generated results
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr
• Exposure to CI/CD and cloud environments; AWS is a plus
• Experience testing web and mobile applications across browsers and platforms
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum practices
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher

What We Offer

• A collaborative, multinational Agile team building a high-scale platform, with real ownership of QA strategy and the opportunity to introduce AI-enabled testing practices
• Hybrid work format, combining remote work with time in our Lviv office
• Daily interaction with native English speakers, providing natural opportunities to use and improve your English
• 18 working days of paid vacation, 10 working days of sick leave, and 11 paid Ukrainian statutory holidays

About the Role

Our client runs one of the leading online video platforms, powering live streaming, presentations, conferences, events, and training. Its browser-based capture and video pipeline supports thousands of simultaneous viewers per event and streams millions of minutes of video each year. We’re hiring a full-stack engineer who builds with agents to ship features end-to-end across the client’s live video platform (React, Java, Python, AWS) and help shape how our unified team runs an agentic SDLC – defining what agents own, what engineers own, and how work moves between them.
What you'll do

• Ship product features end to end: frontend, backend, data, tests, and deployment.
• Run agentic workflows (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar) across planning, implementation, testing, review, and documentation, and own the quality of the output.
• Build the harness around agents: specs, context, evals, guardrails, CI checks.
• Find SDLC steps agents should take over, prove it out, and roll it into how the team works.
• Build GenAI features into the product where they create user value.
• Coach teammates on agentic practices, backed by results.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years building production software with real full-stack range. You own a feature from UI to database to deploy.
• Production experience with React on the frontend and Java or Python on the backend.
• Hands-on AWS in production: Fargate, Lambda, API Gateway, AppSync, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, Aurora, S3, CloudFront, Route 53, VPC. You design and ship on these services, not just deploy to them.
• Daily, hands-on agentic development today. You delegate real work to agents and know where they break.
• A concrete, detailed view of where the SDLC is heading: step by step, which jobs agents own, which jobs people own, and why.
• Fast, critical validation of agent output: reading diffs, writing tests that catch what agents miss, knowing when to throw work away.
• Practical LLM knowledge: context management, prompting, tool use, RAG, evals.
• Clear written and verbal communication; Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to have

• Shipped GenAI features (RAG, agents, embeddings) in production.
• GenAI applied to CI/CD or engineering automation.
• Live video capture, encoding, or streaming pipeline experience.
• Some Azure exposure.

What we offer

• A flexible, multinational Agile team.
• A product used by organizations worldwide.
• Training and learning opportunities.
• Modern office in Lviv city center, with hybrid remote/on-site flexibility.

• Exposure to CI/CD (Jenkins, Maven, or similar) and cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Experience testing web and mobile apps across browsers/platforms
• Upper-intermediate+ English
• Hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) for test design, defect analysis, test data, or documentation, plus awareness of AI’s limitations (hallucinations, inconsistency) and how to validate its output

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-powered testing platforms (Mabl, Testim, Applitools)
• Test automation exposure, or experience with flaky-test reduction
• Familiarity with testing AI/LLM-based APIs
• Experience mentoring QA engineers and leading QA initiatives across teams

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve QA strategy across the product lifecycle
• Build and maintain test plans, cases, and scenarios
• Lead functional, regression, exploratory, and integration testing
• Own defect lifecycle and quality bug reporting
• Partner with engineering, product, and design on acceptance criteria
• Bring AI tools into QA workflows to boost efficiency and coverage
• Track QA metrics and mentor junior/mid-level QA engineers

What We Offer
