About the Role:
We are looking for a GenAI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy generative AI solutions. You will work with product teams to integrate AI capabilities, improve automation, and enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Build, fine-tune, and deploy AI models and pipelines.
• Design scalable AI solutions for text, code, image, or multi-modal generation.
• Evaluate and optimize model performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI integration.

• Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.

   

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML models, including generative AI.
• Strong software design and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and teamwork abilities.

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher. 

   

Preferred:

• Experience with chatbots, content generation, or AI assistants.

• Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, or retrieval-augmented generation.

Requirements

• 2+ years Python experience with a focus on web scraping
• Web scraping specific tools such as Chrome Headless, Scrapy, or similar headless browser frameworks
• Must be a proficient problem solver with proxy rotation, CAPTCHA solving, and anti-bot, and other web scraping counter measures
• Understanding of HTTP, HTML, JavaScript rendering, and website structures
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience working within an agile team leveraging Scrum.

You could be helping to build a global video exchange that offers broad video interoperability, supported by seasoned meeting specialists, to provide virtual experiences that actually work. Purposefully designed for the finance industry, over 1,300 sell side, buy side, and corporate issuers arrange direct and multipoint video meetings to deliver valuable investment content and corporate access in a secure and efficient manner.

 

Examples of what you’ll be doing:
 

• Responsible for quality testing of developed product
• Works on project tasks on a daily basis such as creating test cases for both positive and negative testing, defining smoke tests, coordinating and running test runs, and documenting all test run results
• Tracks all progress and updates in Jira/Confluence or similar tool
• Participates in, and may be asked to coordinate, various Scrum meetings
• Supports the Product Manager with requirements and design definitions to the best of their ability
• Is a go-to resource for other team members when functionality needs to be clarified
• Executes regression testing using modern QA tooling (including automation tools where applicable)
• Runs load/performance testing using industry-standard tools
• Uses genAI-based QA tools (prompting, scenario generation, test data creation) to increase testing efficiency
   

Requirements

What we're looking for: 
 

• Proficient with various forms of manual testing
• Experience with modern QA tools for regression testing (e.g. Mabl, TestIM, Cypress, Playwright, or similar)
• Familiarity with load and performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter, k6, Gatling)
• Experience with or willingness to become proficient in automated regression testing
• Experience with or openness to using genAI QA tooling (prompting for test generation, scenario design, etc.)
• Basic understanding of application architectures
• Intermediate level with Scrum process
• Can create User Stories and quickly understand business domains and application requirements
• Basic understanding of automated build, deployment, and continuous integration and deployment techniques and technologies
• Basic understanding of cloud computing with Amazon Web Services
• Can mentor 1 or 2 Junior QA Analysts
• Intermediate English and is able to communicate effectively and manage effectively client Product Managers
• Must be eager to adopt and master modern QA technologies, not limited to manual testing
