About the Role

INSTYTUTUM is a Swiss high-performance skincare brand scaling globally across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East.

We are looking for a Performance Creative Strategist / Content Producer with a game-changing mindset — someone who doesn’t just create content, but builds high-converting creative systems that drive growth.

This is not a traditional content role.
This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy, performance marketing, and production.

🔥 What You Will Own

Creative Strategy & Production

• Develop bold, high-impact creative concepts for the U.S. market
• Own the full lifecycle of performance creatives: from idea → production → testing → scaling
• Turn skincare science into compelling, conversion-driven storytelling
• Create and oversee short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Generate hooks, angles, and narratives that capture attention and convert

Performance & Growth

• Build and scale creative-driven acquisition funnels
• Produce performance creatives for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube)
• Work closely with media buyers to test, analyze, and scale winning creatives
• Continuously run creative experiments (A/B testing, iterations, new formats)
• Optimize content for conversion across ads, landing pages, and retention flows

Creative Systems & Scaling

• Build a repeatable system for creative testing and scaling
• Work with UGC creators, designers, and editors to produce high-volume creatives
• Identify trends, insights, and opportunities in the U.S. digital landscape
• Balance speed, volume, and quality in content production

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years in creative strategy / performance marketing / content production (with performance focus)
• Proven experience creating ad creatives for paid social (Meta, TikTok)
• Strong understanding of creative testing, hooks, and conversion mechanics
• Experience working with U.S. market or global products
• Hands-on experience with short-form video and UGC formats
• Ability to combine creative thinking with data-driven decisions
• Background in IT product / mobile apps / DTC / beauty / wellness is a strong plus
• English: Upper-Intermediate+

We are developing beauty-tech products powered by AI, including skin analysis, recommendation systems, and digital consultation tools that enable personalized skincare at scale.
 

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy, build scalable digital platforms, and drive the development of AI-powered products supporting our global growth.

Role Overview
 

The CTO will lead the development of INSTYTUTUM’s technology ecosystem, including digital products, AI solutions, and operational platforms.

This role focuses on building scalable systems, integrating multiple services, and developing technology that supports both customer-facing products and internal business operations.

We operate in an enterprise-startup environment, where technology must support rapid growth, complex integrations, and evolving operational processes.

⭐ You will play a key role in shaping the company’s technology strategy and building the core digital infrastructure of a global beauty-tech platform.

Key Responsibilities
 

• define and execute the company’s technology and platform strategy aligned with product and business growth
• design and scale a secure, reliable, event-driven technology ecosystem
• develop AI-based digital services and personalization tools for customer experiences
• build and evolve customer data and operational platforms supporting end-to-end business processes
• drive automation of internal workflows, including operational, production, and logistics processes
• design and maintain systems integrating 20+ internal and external services
• ensure high standards of cybersecurity, platform reliability, and data protection
• lead and grow engineering teams and engineering culture
• collaborate closely with product, operations, and business teams
• manage technology partnerships, vendors, and infrastructure providers
 

Requirements
 

• proven experience in a senior technology leadership role (CTO / VP Engineering / Head of Technology)
• experience working in enterprise-startup or high-growth product environments
• experience building platforms with multiple integrations (20+ systems or services)
• strong experience designing scalable distributed systems and event-driven architectures
• experience implementing technology solutions for operational or production-oriented businesses
• experience with modern backend technologies including Golang and Node.js
• experience with distributed databases and messaging systems
• experience working with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure reliability
• strong knowledge of data architecture and scalable platform design
• understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and platform security
• experience with AI-driven tools, recommendation systems, or data platforms is a strong advantage
• English level B2+

• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps infrastructure
