Опис ролі

Head of Sales відповідає за залучення нових клієнтів та повний супровід міжнародних компаній на всіх етапах співпраці — від першого контакту до підписання договору й передачі команді супроводу.

Ключові обов'язки

• Проактивний пошук та залучення клієнтів через LinkedIn, email-кампанії, холодні дзвінки
• Обробка вхідних лідів та кваліфікація за ICP
• Проведення discovery-зустрічей та консультацій
• Підготовка комерційних пропозицій
• Ведення повного циклу продажів — від контакту до підписання контракту
• Робота з CRM: фіксація всіх взаємодій, ведення воронки
• Взаємодія з юридичним і compliance-відділами при узгодженні умов угоди
• Моніторинг ринку, аналіз конкурентів і трендів міжнародного бізнесу
• Передача клієнта команді супроводу після закриття угоди

Вимоги

• Від 5 років досвіду в B2B продажах (юридичний/фінтех/консалтинг/corporate services — перевага)
• English Upper-Intermediate і вище
• Підтверджений досвід закриття угод і роботи із запереченнями
• Досвід роботи з CRM-системами
• Самоорганізація та орієнтація на результат при віддаленій роботі

KPI

• Revenue від закритих угод
• Кількість нових підписаних клієнтів
• Конверсія з кваліфікованого ліда в підписаний договір
• Обсяг угод у воронці (pipeline)
• Щотижнева активність: outbound-контакти, зустрічі, надіслані пропозиції

About the company
Incluence is a law firm for FinTech, Crypto, and High-Risk businesses: licensing (VASP, EMI, PSP, MiCA), company formation, banking and merchant accounts. Real clients, real licenses, real money — we don't sell vapor, we solve regulatory problems clients can't solve without us.
Marketing doesn't exist yet as a proper function. We're looking for someone who will build it from zero: get the first results done by hand, then build the team that scales brand awareness and lead flow.

What will be in your zone of responsibility

Months 1-6 (operational phase):

• Full audit of the current state — website, SEO traffic, CRM, what's already converting and what isn't — documented and presented to the CEO
• Brand awareness and positioning strategy built from scratch
• Hands-on launch of targeted advertising and first performance channels — you do it yourself first
• First thought leadership pieces and media relations
• Clean handoff of leads into the CRM with no data loss — coordination with Sales
• Getting the company visible in AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, and similar) for relevant queries

Months 6-12 (scaling phase):

• Hiring and developing the first marketing team (1-2 people)
• A steady pipeline of PR and content, not one-off spikes
• Representing the company at industry conferences
• Predictable lead flow with regular reporting to the CEO

How we'll measure results

• The main metric is brand awareness and the volume of qualified leads in the CRM, not publications for their own sake
• Leading indicators: brand reach and mentions, traffic from performance channels, leads per week
• Lagging indicators: growth in brand awareness/share of voice, lead-to-pipeline conversion (per Sales data), PR/thought leadership placements per quarter

What we expect

• 6-10 years in marketing, 2+ years at Head/Director level with hands-on ownership, not only team management
• Experience building marketing from scratch — no existing team, no existing brand, no historical data to work from
• Full-cycle experience: brand/PR + performance advertising + lead generation, not just one of these
• Background in B2B where the sale is built on trust and expertise (legal, consulting, compliance, fintech companies)
• Fluent English (C1+) — for negotiations with international media and partners
• Self-starter — you set your own tasks, you don't wait for micromanagement

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto, fintech, or another regulated industry
• Personal contacts in industry media
• Experience speaking at industry conferences
