KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Design and produce a high volume of marketing creative for individual franchise locations across digital and print formats. 
• Adapt master concepts and templates for different locations, markets, promotions, sizes, and channels while maintaining brand consistency. 
• Build, update, and maintain organized Figma files, reusable templates, components, and creative asset libraries. 
• Translate creative briefs and direction from the Creative Lead into accurate, polished deliverables; incorporate feedback efficiently. 
• Prepare, quality-check, and export final files to the required specifications, including layout, typography, spelling, promotional details, location-specific information, naming, and version control. 
• Manage multiple concurrent requests and deadlines, communicate status and blockers clearly, and adjust priorities as business needs change. 
• Collaborate with the client’s creative and marketing stakeholders during agreed-upon U.S. business-hours overlap. 

• Identify opportunities to improve templates and production workflows so recurring creative can be delivered more efficiently and consistently. 

   

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS 

• At least 2 years of professional graphic design or production design experience. 
• A strong portfolio demonstrating brand-consistent marketing creative; experience producing multiple variations or localized versions is highly relevant. 
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including organized files, reusable components, and templates. 
• Strong design fundamentals, including typography, color, composition, hierarchy, and layout. 
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable graphic design software is preferred. 
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, file organization, and version control. 
• Ability to work independently under the direction of a Creative Lead, respond constructively to feedback, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
• Clear written and verbal English communication skills, with availability to work from 13:00 to 21:00 Kyiv time.
