The Opportunity: We are looking for a value-driven Customer Success Manager who thrives in industrial and manufacturing environments. This is not a "plug-and-play" role; you will be a builder, helping to shape CS frameworks while managing a portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring that our product isn't just a tool, but a driver of measurable ROI for our clients.

What You Will Deliver in the First 12 Months:

• Portfolio Ownership: Complete introductory meetings with all assigned accounts within 60 days. By day 90, have documented Success Plans for all Strategic accounts tied to specific business objectives.
• Product Adoption: Assess current usage versus potential. Execute targeted plans to move customers up the "maturity curve," showing demonstrable improvement within the first year.
• Visible ROI: By month 6, ensure every QBR (Quarterly Business Review) includes a clear value narrative that the customer can use internally to justify their investment.
• Strategic Engagement: Expand the coverage and quality of QBRs, embedding a value-driven approach into every interaction.
• Retention & Renewals: Proactively manage renewals to hit GRR (Gross Retention Rate) and logo retention targets. No renewal should be a surprise; at-risk accounts must be flagged early with intervention plans.
• Expansion Pipeline: Identify upsell/cross-sell signals through data and conversations, contributing to NRR (Net Retention Rate) growth by surfacing a defined expansion pipeline.
• Framework Building: Review and improve existing CS frameworks. Document what works and help shape the processes the team will scale on.
• End-to-End Journey: Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Support, Product) to refine the customer journey and ensure seamless engagement at every touchpoint.

What We're Looking For (Requirements):

• Experience: 3–6 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services within a B2B software environment.
• Domain Expertise: Significant experience in manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments is required. You must understand CMMS, asset management, and maintenance operations.
• Retention Track Record: Proven success in managing a portfolio with strong retention and renewal results.
• Language Requirements (Mandatory): Bilingual in French and English (written and verbal). For French, a certificate of DELF (B2) or DALF (C1) is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Consultative Skills: Ability to lead executive-level QBRs and translate technical capabilities into business value.
• Readiness to work in the office from 15:30 till 23:30 to have an optimal overlap of work hours with Canada based teams. 

Nice to Have:

• Experience navigating a CRM migration or major tooling change.
• Background in scaling a CS function within a growing organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the execution and management of media campaigns within defined client parameters; develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date insertion orders
• Continuously analyze and optimize media campaigns to drive KPI delivery and overall campaign performance
• Issue insertion orders and revisions in a timely manner; respond promptly and professionally to vendor inquiries and requests
• Collect performance and pacing reports from media vendors; monitor campaign pacing leveraging both first- and third-party data sources
• Provide billing and reconciliation support to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred but not required
• 1+ year of experience in digital media planning and/or buying, including the creation and management of media plans and vendor insertion orders, preferred
• Familiarity with Advertising / Ad Serving platforms (Meta, Google, DoubleClick) knowledge is preferred but not required. 
• Knowledge of the creative trafficking process a plus.
• High degree of efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and sound troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, collaborate effectively within a team environment, and perform under deadline pressure

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute and manage media campaigns within clients’ parameters, create and maintain buysheets
• Assist in media planning to meet campaign goals and negotiate with media vendors
• Analyze and optimize media campaigns to ensure KPI delivery
• Campaign Liaison to media vendor representatives
• Responsible for sending insertion orders and revisions and responding to vendors’ needs in a timely manner
• Contact media vendors for performance and pacing reports, monitor campaign pacing using 1st and 3rd party data
• Handle creative traffic requests to appropriate internal teams for display, paid social, and paid search
• Billing and reconciliation support

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree marketing, business, preferred not required
• Preferred: 1-year digital media planning/buying experience, creating and maintaining media plans and vendor IOs
• Preferred: Ad server knowledge, DoubleClick Campaign Manager preferred, knowledge of creative trafficking process
• High level of efficiency and accuracy
• Strong communication skills, analytic skills, problem solving and trouble shooting skills

We are looking for a Junior Strong / Middle System Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who combines solid technical skills with strong organizational abilities and enjoys contributing to smooth, efficient company operations.

• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issues

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues

• Set up campaigns and collaborate with Trading Team and Media team Development teams to ensure campaigns are running properly 
• Maintain high volume campaigns and assist with any technical issues 
• Build and Update pixels according to operations and Media teams directions 
• Traffic and Place creative and campaign assets to DSPs, troubleshoot technical issues, where necessary 
• Prepare reports and data in a presentable fashion for Traders and Media Team and all internal staff 
• QA Creative Placement and Troubleshoot all Creative Placements when set up or distributed incorrectly  
• Update publisher specs to run without issue in all adservers 3rd Party (Campaign Manager 360), Hosted the Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon  
• Assist with reporting dashboard creation and report execution 
• Address reporting and billing discrepancies.

  QUALIFICATIONS: 
• 1+ years of experience with programmatic media DSPs (ex. Dv360, The Trade Desk, Amazon) trafficking ad tags, troubleshooting technical issues, setting up pixels 
• 1+ years of experience with ad servers such as Campaign Manager 360 uploading campaigns, trafficking ad tags, troubleshooting technical issues, setting up pixels 
• Proficient in English, written and verbal 
• Proficient in all MS Office products 
• Ability to learn and understand technical applications
