RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the creation and issuance of Insertion Orders (IOs) and buysheets
• Billing and reconciliation support
• Assist in pacing/monthly/quarterly reports
• Contact media vendors for performance and pacing reports, monitor campaign pacing using 1st and 3rd party data
• Request campaign performance data and actionable insights.
• Perform thorough data cross-checking across platforms and internal tools to ensure reporting accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree marketing, business, preferred not required
• Preferred: 1-year digital media planning/buying experience, creating and maintaining media plans and vendor IOs
• Preferred: general familiarity with DoubleClick Campaign Manager knowledge of creative trafficking process
• High level of efficiency and accuracy 
• Strong communication skills, analytic skills, problem solving and trouble shooting skills 
• Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills

Responsibilities:

• Set up campaigns and collaborate with Trading, Media, and Development teams to ensure campaigns are running properly
• Maintain high-volume campaigns and assist with technical issues
• Build and update pixels according to Operations and Media team requirements
• Traffic and place creative and campaign assets across DSPs and troubleshoot technical issues when necessary
• Prepare reports and present campaign data for Traders, Media teams, and other internal stakeholders
• QA creative placements and troubleshoot incorrectly configured or distributed placements
• Update publisher specifications to ensure campaigns run correctly across ad servers and platforms, including Campaign Manager 360, The Trade Desk, DV360, and Amazon
• Assist with reporting dashboard creation and execution
• Address reporting and billing discrepancies
• Readiness to work from 15:00 to 23:00 to ensure optimal overlap with US-based teams 

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with programmatic media DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or Amazon, including trafficking ad tags, troubleshooting technical issues, and setting up pixels
• 1+ years of experience with ad servers such as Campaign Manager 360
• Proficient in written and verbal English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to learn and understand technical applications

Responsibilities for Social:

• Manage campaigns from audience building and planning through development, execution, testing, analysis, reporting, and completion against client goals
• Plan and oversee client advertising budgets across platforms
• Set and optimize bids and budgets across platforms, placements, ad sets, devices, geographies, demographics, and audiences
• Develop strategies to optimize conversion rates and maximize client ROAS
• Identify and implement effective strategies across specific verticals
• Develop and execute cohesive campaign testing strategies
• Generate accurate internal and external reporting
• Generate, QA, and troubleshoot pixels 

Responsibilities for Search:

• Manage campaigns from proposal through development, testing, execution, and completion against client goals
• Plan and oversee client advertising budgets across platforms
• Develop and refine keyword and audience targeting
• Adjust bidding strategies based on performance and client goals
• Analyze performance across search terms, ad copy, targeting, placements, and other segments
• Develop relevant ad copy aligned with brand guidelines
• Generate and test tracking methods and tools
• Develop strategies to optimize conversion rates and maximize client ROAS
• Implement campaign testing strategies
• Generate accurate internal and external reporting 

Qualifications

• Knowledge and practical experience with paid social media advertising platforms
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros
• Fluent written and verbal English
• Knowledge of digital marketing, particularly Google Ads, is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Ability to work independently across competing priorities
• Strong critical-thinking, analytical skills and a data-driven approach
• 2–3 years of experience managing paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, X/Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, and others
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media advertising, or user analytics

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for building and owning the company's automated quality strategy from the ground up. This includes developing end-to-end test automation, performance testing, AI evaluation infrastructure, and validation processes while integrating everything into the CI/CD pipeline.

You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure the platform remains reliable, scalable, and compliant with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain an end-to-end automation framework using Playwright.
• Build automated UI, API, integration, and backend tests.
• Create AI evaluation infrastructure, including regression testing and validation for AI-powered features.
• Design and execute performance, load, and stress testing.
• Develop Computer System Validation (CSV) documentation, including IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and traceability matrices.
• Build and maintain reliable test environments and test data.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and improve release quality.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Readiness to work from 16:00 till 01:00 in order to have an optimal overlap of work hours with USA based teams.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in QA Automation or Software Development in Test (SDET).
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright (or another modern browser automation framework).
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript, Python, or C#.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as k6, Locust, JMeter, or Gatling.
• Experience working in regulated environments with validation documentation (21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, or GAMP 5).
• Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL).
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

• Startup experience.
• Experience testing enterprise SaaS products.
• API contract testing (Pact, OpenAPI).
• Experience with cloud and on-premise integrations.

• Identify niche strategies in specific verticals and consistently incorporate developing strategies into existing campaigns 
• Implement cohesive testing strategy for each element of campaigns 
• Generate accurate and informative periodic internal and external reporting 

This position requires the ability to follow processes, attention to detail, awareness, and research & problem solving skills.  Candidates must be data-driven and will be administered job-specific custom Excel testing during the interview process. 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Fluent in written and verbal English language communication
