    Key Responsibilities:

    • Independently conduct client meetings, demonstrating deep understanding of their business objectives and clearly communicating our value proposition.
    • Proactively identify and address hidden client concerns, ensuring clear, confident, and comprehensive communication.
    • Maintain structured, focused conversations and confidently manage discussions, including returning to key topics to ensure comprehensive coverage.
    • Handle complex negotiations and conflict resolution maturely and confidently, ensuring positive client interactions and outcomes.
    • Clearly communicate technical concepts and solutions in a simple, accessible way, effectively involving technical experts when necessary.
    • Collaborate with SDRs, lead generation, and marketing teams, providing valuable feedback to optimize sales processes.
    • Develop tailored sales strategies informed by thorough market analysis and client-specific needs.

       

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or similar role (SDR, BDR, Presale manager, etc.) in IT outsourcing.
    • Proven ability to lead structured, goal-oriented client conversations.
    • High-level business intelligence, with the ability to quickly identify and articulate clients’ business needs.
    • Strong skills in proactive communication, identifying and addressing hidden questions and concerns from clients.
    • Maturity, stress resistance, and the ability to confidently handle conflict and unexpected situations.
    • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts in simple terms for non-technical stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the creation of persuasive pre-sales materials.
    • Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
    • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

     

    Will be a plus:

    • Experience in the Web Scraping, data parsing, or data engineering fields.
    • Familiarity with pre-sales processes and experience in creating technical presentations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web scraping solutions using tools such as Scrapy, Puppeteer, or Playwright
    • Build and optimize data extraction pipelines to ensure efficiency and reliability
    • Collaborate with the QA team to validate data quality and integrity.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot scraping processes to ensure consistent performance
    • Optimize scraping workflows for scalability, efficiency, and maintainability
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver results and insights

     

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
    • 1+ years of commercial experience in web scraping (not just API integration) or data extraction roles (Scraping Engineer, Data Extraction Engineer or similar)
    • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with JavaScript
    • Hands-on experience with Scrapy for web scraping and data extraction
    • Strong knowledge of SQL databases, including query optimization.
    • Experience with data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and normalization techniques, including XPath, RegEx, NLP, word2vec etc.
    • Knowledge of reverse engineering and web application analysis
    • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality data
    • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
    • Understanding of the challenges and risks associated with web scraping
    • Basic experience with Docker and Docker Compose.
    • English proficiency (Intermediate level or higher)—ability to participate in daily team calls

    Tech stack:

    • Python, MySQL / SQLAlchemy, RabbitMQ, Redis, Playwright, JavaScript / Puppeteer, Scrapy, FastAPI, Metabase, AWS, Docker / Docker Compose / Kubernetes / Helm,  GitLab CI/CD

    • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP

    • Familiarity with NoSQL databases.
    • Experience in bypassing anti-bot protection systems. Hands-on experience with third-party tools for captcha solving and anti-bot bypassing.
    • Experience building REST API applications with FastAPI
    • Basic knowledge of Linux system administration
    • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoCD.
